Excellent service provided

Ontime pickup & delivery of the package.

This is very Honest and real life experience with all proof available

Following issues :
1) Scooter was picked up from my Location in Waked and taken to Nigdi Pune
My Odometer reading was taken at the time of Pickup which was 6472 (reading pic available)
When delivered Odometer reading is - 6531 (reading pic available)
From my Location to Cloud Nigdi Location is only 9 KM, and scooter was taken by their representative and driven to their office for packing

To my surprise, I found at the time of delivery that Scooter has run for 59 kms
Their staff has misused customer property for at least 50Km

2) My fuel Tank was more than 50% filled when picked up but at the time of delivery it was almost empty

3) I was promised that delivery will be done in 3 to 4 days, but it did not happen and i had to call Pune office, benglore office, customer manager and few others to get it delivered. That too delivery happened after 8 Days. Do not trust them

4) Pune office was not picking calls most of the time and if picked up they will tell you i will check and will call back but they never call back, I had to approach benglore office customer care Manager for getting scooter delivered.

I am shifting from Kolkata to Bangalore ,Cloud packers and movers they did very well packing and delivered on time with very good condition. All staff members very good behavior .thank you debasish and chandan ,koushik

They are a very good packers and movers company. The spoc is easily reachable at all times, ready to answer your queries, well behaved and very professional.

I availed their service thrice. And all of my stuffs were moved very securely without any damage. Their service is trusted but the amount they charge is a little on the higher side.

Cloud packers and movers they did very well packing and delivered on time with very good condition.

I connected with Bishnupada from Ranchi team, right from the very first call, he answered like a professional. He tried helping me from the first day, provided answers to my queries, as promised he came on the day that I asked to and laminated my stuff as it was already packed. Cloud m Packers Movers are best in India now, I trust them with everything, they delivered my stuff on time and not a single thing is missing or damaged. Cloud are the Real Professionals for the Packers Movers. They have charged reasonably. They maintain a dignity. Offcourse I recommend lt to everyone who is shifting. This was my second time with Cloud and I got a best service again. Trust me your experience will be amazing and you will love the experience.

Hyderabad Team led by Tapan excel in their area of work. Prior to shifting site visit,quotation was all very professional. Packaging team took extra efforts in making sure items were bubble wrapped as required to make through the travel journey without a scratch or dent. We have done multiple movement and all successfully completed on time. Thank you Cloud Packer Movers.

Excellent packaging with dual triple layer bubble wraps. Hardworking employees. Lift was not working still they could lift about 600 kgs of things one by one from 5th floor to ground floor. Well mannered and polite. Would surely recommend. This is my 3rd time with packers n movers ! Great job👍

I have shifted all my household items though cloud packers and movers from Bangalore to Odisha. Let me tell you what I did when I contacted to the team..
first we discussed the quotation based on my items and within a day the staff had come to my place and packed all my items into good quality cardboard box and wrapped it with bubble wrap and finished the there work within 30min and took all the boxes very carefully and informed me once my items reached at the warehouse and one more thing I need to mention that the staff were well mannered and very professional and proficient in their work .
They give me a week to deliver my product with the tracking list but fortunately I received all my items before time and all the things is in good condition 😊

What I will suggest is go for it guys and take their service if you need a seamless free shifting service .

Good experience, definitely will recommend friends, but,bit expensive also ,things will delivered on time.
Their communication will be polite. Over all it was good.

Transported my bike from Bangalore to bhubaneswar via cloud packers and movers.service was good though bike delivered got delayed by 3 days.
