Buying a bag like this remotely — I'm in California — means trusting photographs, and I wasn't confident I understood the colour. I asked for additional images and Club Ena went well beyond that: they filmed a video and sent it through WhatsApp so I could see how the leather read in different light, and they helped me compare it against other So Kellys they'd previously sold. That was the deciding factor. The colour was exactly as represented.

They were also genuinely thoughtful about the fact that I was buying the bag to mark a milestone birthday, and accommodated a personal request tied to that occasion. It's rare to be treated with that kind of care by a business you've only ever emailed.

The bag arrived in excellent condition, precisely as described, and the Entrupy authenticity certificate was sent immediately when I followed up about it. Shipping to the US was straightforward with no complications.
