A smooth and very positive experience from beginning to end. I purchased a beautiful Speedy 35 which was in pristine condition and I couldn’t be happier, I had been looking for the perfect one for ages! The bag is so beautiful and looks even better in person!
The Club Ena website was easy to navigate and very informative. Communication was great and all my questions were answered to put my mind at ease. Shipping was so quick! Next working day via DHL with the option to make delivery incase I wasn’t home to sign for the package. This may seem like a small thing, but to me it’s a meaningful detail that can truly my make shopping experience so much better, and put my mind at ease when receiving a parcel.
Payment was smooth and I received the Entrupy certificate link for my bag swiftly, giving me that extra security and reassurance of authenticity for my bag.

I bought a birkin 35 to use at work from Kam. It was definitely genuine as Hermes has taken in to its workshop for some TLC. I was happy with the delivery and updates through out the transaction.
