Clumsy Goat Coffee Reviews 

My trusty Rancillio Silvia machine finally came to its end after twelve years of daily domestic service. I decided, after searching numerous sites to buy the Silvia Pro1-X from Clumsy Goat. Their prices were more than competitive and previous reviews, superb.
I ordered and sure enough my new machine arrived to me in Wiltshire the next day! Follow up service is is great. Just what you expect I guess...but rarely get from others!
I will be buying beans and accessories as and when needed from Clumsy Goat..( interesting name!)

We bought a Sage barista machine from Clumsy Goat coffee just over a year ago, the machine has since incurred a fault and Sage were elusive and avoidant over email regarding honouring the warranty.

We emailed Clumsy Goat to ask if they could help us reach Sage and they couldn’t do enough to help!

I highly recommend them. We will not be purchasing another Sage but we will definitely purchase our next barista machine from Clumsy Goat when we are due an upgrade- Thank you!

Awesome customer service as i changed my mind about the grinder i had ordered & they allowed me to return & upgrade. When it arrives all the Eureka items are superbly packaged & the grinder feels so well made & solid. Definitely the go to place for every home Barista & it all feels like money well spent.

Great coffee, delivery as described, used them repeatedly around 6 times now, never had an issue.

This is my second visit, I bought only 1 bag at first, the coffee was excellent value. So now I have bought 3, of different flavour and aroma. Can not recommend these guys enough. Even thier deals on machines are very reasonable.

I was looking for a part for my old Iberital Grinder. I found Clumsy Goat coffee very helpful, friendly & efficient. Once identifying and confirming the part, it came within 2 days of ordering.
The whole process took less than 1 week.

I made an order for a coffee grinder as a present, and paid for the next day delivery, unfortunately, Amazon shipping did not deliver it. I rang customer services and spoke to Rachael, who was extremely helpful and helped me order another to go direct to my son, refunding the cost of the postage and adding a pack of coffee as a gift. She also helped me with the return of the original order when it eventually arrived.

I ordered a white Eureka Mignon Specialita listed as 'like new, not used', only £19 cheaper than new. It was delivered by Royal Mail to the wrong building and left outside. I reported this to the company and was asked if I knew where it had been left. I had to track it down myself using the approximate location, and the people who received it were kind enough to give it back - very stressful, and not something I’d recommend anyone go through.
When I finally got it, it was well packaged but clearly used, with crusty coffee residue inside and scratches on the metal top near the screws, as if it had been taken apart multiple times.
£30 off a £350 item and a bag of beans wasn’t a fair offer given the condition and the delivery issue, so I returned it for a full refund.
A disappointing experience overall, though the polite customer service and quick refund (3 days after send it back) are why this is 3 stars instead of 1.

I don’t know what to say. Extremely keenly priced equipment. With first class service. How on gods earth do they manage it? I’m guessing people come flocking back because of the above. I’m new to this and they’ve been brilliant. Can’t praise them enough, particularly the lovely Kate who helped me when I was making error after error.

I bought the decaffeinated coffee and I’m really pleased with it. It has a really good coffee taste and I’m pleased to go caffeine free. I will definitely be ordering again.
