The delivery was quick; there was an issue, which was not the fault of Clumsy goat; and the problem was solved, mainly thanks to the efficiency of Katie B. In every communication with Clumsy Goat, she was unfailingly helpful and friendly. A real pleasure to deal with. A really good customer focused person.

It's my first time I've ordered a fancy grinder online. Arrived promptly and I've received a couple of follow up emails regarding the shipping and the product itself. Overall I'm happy with Clumsy Goat, as they've also offered the product cheaper than competitors. I will be a returning customer when I upgrade my Sage espresso machine.

The web site offers many options for coffee making, I have chosen a small percolator, it was delivered very promptly, and the product is very good. Thank you.

Purchase a grinder from Clumsy Goat. They had a great selection with good prices. Delivery was quick. I didn't need it but after sales support was offered. Will definitely use again

Placed 1st order which was completed and dispatched quickly,however Amazon shipping then proceeded to smash my order on a Saturday morning , so unable to do anything until Monday. I phoned the Clumsy goat and customer services couldn't have been more helpful and efficient and by the time I put the phone down , I had already received an email saying my order had been redone.
Now Internet services for the courier are now down , so I still don't know when I will get my order will be but this is not due to the clumsy goat

Not a major problem but maybe a future improvement to inform the customer or change the process. As some of their items are shipped from their supplier.

So I got a email from clumsy goat saying it had been shipped didn't get any tracking details so I reached out to ask if I could get the information as I wanted to be home for it to be delivered.

They replied the following day saying these items are shipped from their supplier directly and they would inform me when they get the tracking details.

When it was finally shipped their supplier did send me tracking information which was all good. Like I said not a major problem it would just be good to inform customers about this nuance or perhaps not send the email to say it's shipped

Ordered a coffee grinder which was delivered in 2 days but was unfortunately damaged in transit. One phone call and an email was all it took to sort it out! Excellent after service, very quick will definitely use again.

My boyfriend loves this coffee so I bought the kilo bag of beans and espresso beans… best coffee I’ve ground… nice, strong, and smells amazing

Ordered 4 different flavour syrups as the range is so extensive!! Never seen such a selection. Never heard of Clumsy Goat but they came up in a Google search & I’m glad I took a chance. Fast delivery & very well packaged. Won’t be needing any syrup for quite a while now!

I was looking for a stainless steel 2 cup espresso coffee maker to use on Induction hob, and found one at Clumsy Goat, (hadn't heard of this company before)! It arrived in good time, and the espresso maker works well. The staff have been helpful.
Edit on 4 August 2026 - this espresso maker really ISN'T one for use on an Induction hob. It stopped working several months ago, so please don't buy for using on Induction Hob.
I thought I'd just let anyone else buying this know.

Bought Eureka mignon libra from them. Web site price is wrong, and I was told they would correct it, but over a week later it's the same. So check the price in basket before you pay. 2 -3 day delivery was longer. Customer support is slow as still waiting for a call back or e mail.
Good bit they are cheaper than most online stores

I bought a Eureka Specialita Grinder and after 3 months the screen goes kaput. They offered me two choices 1. They could send me a new screen so i could self repair it ! 2. I could post it back to them and they would fix it. I took option 2. Got an email from them to say they had received it and would now put the screen on back order which could take 4 weeks. Spot whats missing in customer service.
Obviously, they could have checked screen availability first. They could have sent me a new one. They could have got the screen in before getting me to send the thing to them. Etc etc etc. Zero customer focus and Katie B needs some customer service coaching !

Great advice given prior to purchasing my Sage dual boiler, quick dispatch and then sending of a link for descaling as Sage no longer include a full booklet with this information.
