Called at for an emergency plumber at 10.20. Estimated arrival between 3pm and 5 pm. Called for an update early afternoon. Probably between 2 and 4.
Called at 3 for another update. Promised a call back which never arrived. 4.18 called again.
4.49 I received a call to say they couldn't come. 6 hours wasted waiting.

I’ve used these guys a couple of times now. Chad was friendly, knowledgable and did the job (permanent disconnection of cooker) to my total satisfaction.

We had had several work done from this company , new boiler fitted and repairs. They are really reliable and such a nice friendly guy as well. Work done efficiently and we keep going back. Just an about to pick another major job. Well recommend 5 Star on advice ,admin and work, price etc.

I was looking for a company to recharge my A/C split unit which I have at home. It was not easy to find a reliable answer to various messages I left with companies in my area. CML Plumbing however were very quick to respond to my inquiry. They provided a competitive quote based on the technical information I provided about my machine and as a result I agreed their price. The communication with the office both by messages and email was efficient and a time and date was set to carry out the work. The engineer Chad, arrived on time with a comprehensive amount of tools and testing equipment and was quickly to work carrying out safety checks and function tests. The A/C was fully functioning after a few hours of work needed to safely complete the recharge. Chad is a very pleasant guy and clearly knows his work in great depth. I have no hesitation recommending CML Plumbing for this work. Toshiba split unit A/C.

Really good. The whole team did a great job from first enquiry through survey to installation and aftercare. Did the job quickly and neatly. Really glad we went through a Daikin approved and recommended supplier - everything setup properly with guarantees and aftercare in place. Really happy - A/C has changed our lives and our sleep is much improved by climate control!

CML replaced my old gaze boiler for a new energy efficient combi boiler. I was very pleased with the costumer service and installation on the whole.

CML came to service my boiler and was very professional, upon servicing my boiler they explained there was a low pressure issue that I had with my heating not correctly working. Chad explained to me how to report it to valiant as the parts were under warranty and now my heating is more efficient

My internal stop tap was leaking and caused a small flood in my kitchen! I called CML and got a same day call out. The stop tap was replaced, and the water was cleaned up before too much damage was done. I was kept informed throughout the visit about the cost and the price of the replacement stop tap. Very happy with the service - thanks!

The neighbours in the estate recommended us for Chad’s services. He came today to do the annual boiler check for our house and our neighbour next door. He was so friendly and incredibly helpful. We asked a lot of questions and he explained patiently and thoroughly. Highly recommended!!!

CML contacted me once I posted on Bark and everything was going smoothly. Air Con servicing completed and was a great service. The only downside is I was then provided a leaflet with prices on for a yearly plan which I was happy with but then when the quote came though, I was told sorry you was given an outdated leaflet and prices have changed and were not willing to match what they offered/advertise. Very disappointing to be honest.
