Khalid contacted me but wasn't too pushy to close the deal on the same day as most companies are. He gave me a good rates after a month as well and managed to talk to supplier to bring the rate down further. Very respectful, honest and pleasant. Happy to have done business with them

Totally out of the blue, Khalid Morad rang me to inform me that our current gas contract was due to expire on 31st July. Within only a few minutes, Khalid had found me a satisfactory new deal with British Gas and I'd signed by DocuSign. Khalid is super efficient and also a very nice guy. So a happy experience all round!

Khalid Morad called us today and advised us to renew our contract for 2024. Having not done this for 4 years, he was very informative, explaining the many changes with costings over the duration of our previous contract and even gave us a monthly estimate of our future bills, allowing us to budget for the future bills. Great customer service.. he was very kind and patient with my hard of hearing grandfather, and kept the entire process short and sweet.

I dealt with Khalid who was most helpful. He gave me three different suppliers' costs from which I was able to make an informed decision. All in all it seems to have been an easy arrangement to change from one supplier to another.

I asked Jimmy for a quote for upstairs above our shop and he was able in a short time to give us a good quote. We were quickly able to accept this which reduced our charges for Electric Gas.

Really brilliant experience. Junaid is friendly and efficient and we now have an excellent utility contract in place.
