Seems like they don’t like having customers
They are selling nice gear that isn’t available elsewhere. The stuff that actually arrived was great. The problem was they missed out a bar spoon from my order. They took days to respond to emails, claimed there was no problem at first and only backtracked after I provided clear evidence they had made a mistake. They offered me the choice of getting the spoon or a refund, but then when I chose the spoon they said they were giving me a refund instead. More days passed with each email exchange. The refund still hasn’t come through.
