Refund please. Product not in stock despite offering express delivery
I found some glasses i wanted as gift on Amazon but the delivery was going to take too long. I went on the company's own website and ordered the glasses also paying for express delivery as they would then arrive in time. I received an email the next day saying they would take at least 7 days to be delivered (the same delivery date as Amazon funnily enough) and asking if this was OK. No. No it is not. I would like a refund in full please including the delivery fee. Don't offer it if you don't have it
