We do want to clarify a couple of important points about how the program is structured. Our classes are intentionally kept small, with a maximum of six students, which allows for interaction, collaboration, and instructor guidance during live lessons. The class time itself is designed to build on prior work and introduce new concepts, while individual support—especially for homework—is provided outside of class through additional resources.

In addition to lesson materials, recordings, and written homework guides, we offer live instructor support through daily Homework Help sessions and scheduled Office Hours for more personalized, one-on-one assistance. We understand that the standard Homework Help time may not fit every student’s schedule each week, and in those cases, Office Hours are the best way to ensure students receive the individual attention they need at a time that works for them to ensure student come to class with homework completed.

It looks like our team has already been in touch regarding these challenges, and we will be reaching out again to help find a path forward that better supports your student. Please know, our structured learning has been built over the past 10 years alongside educational professionals and proven with the data and reviews of thousands of successful students and parents. However we also recognize that each learner’s needs and schedule can be different, and we’re committed to working with you to improve the experience and find the right balance for your student.
