Great concise curriculum and teaching

Overpriced courses is what concerns me.
Don’t get me wrong—CodeWizards offers a solid platform for learning how to code, and their structured classes can be helpful for some students. However, the pricing is where things fall apart.
Let’s talk specifically about their classes for elementary school students. Charging $500 per course for Scratch block coding is, frankly, excessive. Block-based coding like Scratch is designed to be intuitive and beginner-friendly—it’s something many kids can pick up for free using countless online resources, tutorials, and platforms.
While structured learning and teacher support are valuable, the steep price tag just doesn’t reflect the simplicity of the material being taught. For $500, you’d expect more advanced content, personalized support, or long-term access to resources—not just a few sessions of drag-and-drop programming.

Small class setting keeping my kid stay motivated!!
My son explored many free/ other paid courses but none of those never piqued his interest. He is liking the small class setting and enjoys being in Ms. Zahria Thomas’s class so much that he wants to continue with the next courses.

I do not recommend code wizard HQ
I do not recommend code wizard HQ! We signed my son up for a intro coding class. Then Instructor refused to answer any questions during class. He was told to wait after class but when it was time to end that Instructor rushed off the video call and stated he would need to wait till the next class to ask. This happened for 4-5 classes. to properly learn coding the material builds on each other so once my son fell behind it became very difficult for him to catch up. He was very stressed and sad that he was not getting the help. I reached out to Code Wizard HQ to express my concern and their response is will give you a discount for the next class. Pretty much not taking responsibility or doing anything different. There are many coding schools out there. I would recommend looking for another one!

Please know that we take all concerns seriously and we sincerely regret that your student felt unsupported during his course.
We do want to clarify a few important points regarding your concerns. Our records show that no outreach or feedback was received during the first 11 lessons of the course. Unfortunately, when concerns are shared only after the final lesson, our ability to address issues in real time or provide additional support during the course is extremely limited. Had we been notified earlier, we would have been happy to intervene and work with you to find a timely resolution.
In addition to available customer support, your student also had access to multiple student support services, such as access to class materials, the Student Forum, and Homework Help, where he could have received assistance debugging projects from a live instructor.
Regarding the instructor, our lead instructor carefully reviewed the class recordings and did not find any instances of student questions being ignored. In fact, the instructor was observed encouraging student participation and managing the classroom with attentiveness and professionalism. We are genuinely sorry that your son experienced the class differently, and we understand how disheartening that must have been.
Additionally, in response to your refund request submitted after the course had already ended, we politely reminded you of our posted refund policy. As an alternative, and in a genuine effort to be accommodating, we offered a course credit toward a future class, should your child be interested in experiencing another course with different instructor.
We truly appreciate the time your family spent with CodeWizardsHQ, and while we're disappointed to hear your son didn’t have a more positive experience, we wish him the very best in his future learning.
Playing unfair!
It used to be good but currently they decided that you have to pay for the whole block in advance which is over 400 usd. You can pay in instalments but not if you are not usa resident . What a joke, seriously, my son spent several years completing the course one by one but now if he not pay in advance he is not allowed to. Absolute not fair for loyal customers. Joke
