A BAD ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE
I placed the order two weeks ago but still not received anything. I sent email for several times to ask for tracking number but no one got back to me. If anyone notice me here, can you please send me a tracking number or get refund to me?
Lied.
Lied that my item was in stock, lied that it had been dispatched when I asked customer services.
Was not provided with any tracking information when I ordered. Left a message on the answer machine to call me back - they didn’t.

Awful. Never received the product. Attempted to contact multiple times, multiple methods. Lesson to all, look a company up before using them for the first time, even if they 'look' reputable. I have been lucky for so long. This is the first, but my lesson learned.

Product never received. Contact only possible via email so takes time to respond and only ever receive excuses. My cafetiere is still on order - I was told 10 days ago they were due in imminently but I've heard nothing more. The website gives no indication they are out of stock. Dreadful service. Will never use again.

I waited almost two weeks and still hadn’t received any correspondence or goods. I then requested a refund -which was agreed to- but 5 weeks later I still haven’t received that either.

I waited a month but I still haven’t got my packages ????? They didn’t even informed me in advance or after the payment. I emailed them after a week of waiting and they told me they need 5 more days coz my stuff somehow is out of stock(they didn’t mention that in the website), two weeks later I emailed again, they told me wait another 7-10 days. 10 days later, now, I got nothing.

My experience with coffee box has been really very poor indeed.
An order placed on 5/9/21, which I was assured would be delivered in a maximum of 5 days, has still not arrived despite full payment having been taken from my card on the day of ordering. I have sent them 6 emails none of which have had any response. I have sent 2 letters to their postal address and left several voicemails - again no response at all. I have asked to cancel the order and requested a full refund which I have not yet had. I have now passed this matter to my credit card company to take further. Over 6 weeks after placing my order I have neither my goods nor my refund of £300.
I have since ordered from another company as this was for a 21st birthday gift - it arrived within 5 days.
Please do not use this company, their customer service is appalling. I buy from lots of online retailers and have never had an issue like this before with any other company.
