Can’t recommend highly enough!
We have had developing issues with our eight year old Sage Barista Express over the last year or so but it finally stopped drawing water through the group head and was unusable. ChatGPT suggested the Coffee Machine Repair Company. I got in touch with Adam via the online enquiry on the website. He responded straight away with a quote, based on my description of the problem. We followed the packaging instructions and sent our machine away.
Adam kept in touch via WhatsApp and was very responsive, he told us exactly what was wrong with the machine and was transparent with his pricing, which was very reasonable.
Adam fixed and serviced our machine and returned it to us, in total our machine was gone for six days.
Today we received it back and it is better than it’s ever been. The burr grinder used to grind to one size only, now is fully adjustable, that wasn’t something we even mentioned in our request. The machine stops at the end of drawing an espresso now, something it stopped doing about two years ago.
Overall, fantastic, reliable service which has restored our machine to practically new. Financially and environmentally the best option to get our machine fixed and serviced. We now know who to come to in the future and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Thank you Adam! Use this service!
