Ordered on 24.8.24 and paid in full by BAC as requested. No confirmation given of order.
Still not received order or any communication, despite emailing several times and leaving voice messages.
Guess no choice but to report to trading standards and get this scam company shut down for good.

I ordered a Sten magazine on 26th June.
On July 2nd nothing had arrived so I emailed to check everything was okay.

I got no reply, I emailed again and still no reply.

I then went on Trustpilot and Google reviews and saw that the business had a number of low reviews.
I added mine - 1 star "AVOID" etc.

20 minutes later I got an email saying that it had been dispatched, on 2 July, and was on its way.
I asked for a tracking number (despite the website saying it had been sent 2nd Class Royal Mail.)

I received almost immediately a screenshot of an EVRI tracking page showing a tracking number and indicating that it was en route.

I typed that number into EVRI's actual tracking page and it said that that parcel had been delivered on 29th June - 3 days before the seller had claimed to have dispatched it.
I clicked on "further details", typed in my postcode and EVRI said that was the wrong postcode.

I got back to the seller and explained the situation, he insisted it was on its way.

I was going to carry out a "chargeback" with my bank to get my money back, waiting for 15 days.

Then on Saturday 6th July it arrived.
Well wrapped, seemingly in great condition albeit different from the type pictured on the seller's website as it had the brass limiting pins.

So, I'm giving the seller the benefit of the doubt: 4 stars.
But for Christ's sake, if there are delays, if he's working two jobs and can't get items dispatched as quickly as Amazon then he really needs to make this plain on his website.
If I'd have been told I would have to wait 2 weeks then I'd have been fine with it.

Same experience as other reviewers unfortunately. Took my money one and a half month ago but goods were never delivered, emails / phone went unanswered save for one occasion when they said ...... they'd been on holiday and they'd look into it. I guess they're still looking. I wish I'd consulted trustpilot before placing an order.

Hi this is 09/04/2024 and over a month later we still haven't received are item. They got the £226 for this item but came of with some story that the customs are holding it and there's nothing they can do. Plus they won't refund us and won't take any blame for us not receiving it. Even though they are the consumer and received the money through bank transfer. The hypocrisy of them saying it has nothing to do with them. Never answer the phone and never emails so stay away from them. I won't stop till we get our money back if we have to go to small claims

I have purchased from them before and received the items although took a long time to come , ordered again took ages again but did receive some of the order but one item wrong and one missing , down £150.00 , like others no response to phone or email .

Definitely a con. Like other frustrated customers - took money and no contact thereafter. No goods received

Don't buy here,swindlers.After payment no reaction anymore,not on email and chat.You are F....d by them.

Purchased a item from this shop! Amount inadvertently taken twice! Purchase was received but in a poor packaging with part of the purchase broken!
Nothing but hassle from seller so have now resorted to small claims!
Seller even changed his website to try to go in his favour!
Avoid like the plague!
