From the initial survey right through to the complete installation Coles for Fires were highly professional and very helpful.
We had originally planned on having a woodburning stove installed in our new kitchen breakfast room. We knew that we may have issues with the route of the external flue. Coles for Fires confirmed our thoughts that a conventional woodburner would be very problematic.
This didn't deter them and they suggested that we think about a similar fire but running on natural gas not wood.
The fire we decided upon was the Gazco Loft with a balanced flue. An absolutely beautiful fire with a large smoked glass front and a soapstone plinth.
We couldn't be happier and so glad of the support and assistance we had from Coles during the entire installation, including the long gas run, commissioning and product registration.

I am really pleased with my new fire. I was impressed how easy it was from beginning to end. The office staff were lovely and kept me in the loop, the engineers were great too, very clean and courteous and polite. They did an amazing job. I can't wait for winter to start using it. I will definitely recommend.

I recently had a stove/log burner installed by Coles for Fires, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Carl, the technician, was exceptional at his job. He kept me informed at every stage of the installation process and explained the importance of various tasks related to HETAS and the overall safety of the system. The log burner looks fantastic and works perfectly! I can't wait for the winter to fully enjoy it. Thanks for such a great job, Coles for Fires!

Very Friendly staff in store also friendly fitters, good communication, they fitted a new multi fuel stove, the liner and a beam. Looks amazing very pleased, we would recommend👍.
