so far so good! genuinely a really great company that offers a lot to their clients - the price is what you get and the membership fee is so worth it when you factor everything in (and you get to start with a trial to be sure you like them before it charges you for the annual membership.) love the team and their mission <3

Communication was vastly superior to what I have experienced with other companies in this space. Collective was super quick to process my order and get it to me right away. Price is the best in the marketplace.

UPDATE: I was contacted by Collective and they clarified what was meant about the 3 month supply. I can purchase monthly, but I will review with the care team every 3 months. I am satisfied with their answer and will update again after I receive my meds.
I went through the approval process but I was told that I have to order a 3 month supply in order to be approved. It clearly states on its site that you do not have to buy in bulk. I ordered one month to see how well the service works before committing to a 3 or 6 month supply which I normally would order. So far I’ve sent notes to customer service and have not received any responses. They did put a hold charge of $69 on my card. I have no way to reach them except through the portal. I’ll give them one more day before I call my bank.

I’ve just started with Collective, but after a horrible experience with another company, I am very pleased so far. Support answered my email question almost immediately and gave me honest advice. I’ll definitely be recommending Collective!

This company is a game changer for those of us using GLPs. Transparent, low pricing, great member portal, amazing customer service. I was able to work with their doctors to continue at my current dose — for less than half of what I was paying. Hope they continue to do what they are doing!

I have only good things to say about collective--pricing is transparent (and way lower than what I was paying before), sign up was easy, and my medications arrived on time. This is a no-brainer as far as I'm concerned!

They tell you one price in the beginning then once you complete they double billed me and there is charges for higher amounts. You have to start at lower dosage!! No can do. Not a good experience. Its AI service

Unique concept, similar to how Costco makes most of their money off of membership versus what they sell.

They offer monthly plus the cost of membership. $59/$69 semaglutide / tirzepatide. Initial trial, after the trial, $199/year.

The customer service, packaging, and product are great so far. The tirzepatide is from Wells Pharmacy.

The packaging is all recyclable, which is a nice change from the styrofoam you normally get from telemeds, and even with that, the medicine arrived cold.

The downsides are that you don't have control of what pharmacy you choose, and that this is a new company, so it has an unknown track record.

Happy so far even with the unknowns.

My husband and I decided to try a brand new Telehealth. We knew we were taking a chance, but the price was just too good to pass up. We are pretty old school and always believed "That if it's too good to be true, well......". I can happily report that we were wrong! Collective Health is 100 percent top notch for everything from product, pricing, shipping and most importantly Customer Service and the Care Team. They are quick to answer questions and address any concerns we had! I highly recommend you check them, you won't be sorry!

I’ve used several telehealths over the years. Was excited to see a new affordable option to access Tirzepatide. Had a great interaction with Collective. They answered any and all questions. The dr provided a lot of great information. I am very happy with my experience and look forward to continue using them in the future.
