We are now the entry and exit point for parcels and all queries or comments regarding your parcel journey should be directed to the carrier in the first instance please. Last year PayPoint acquired Yodel’s 50% stake in Collect+ making it the sole owner of the UK’s largest parcel shop network working with a range of partners: Amazon, DHL, eBay, FedEx, Parcel2Go and Yodel. The Collect+ brand is going through some operational changes which will be of benefit to our customers and our retailers. Any parcel queries from before 1 October 2020 should be referred to Yodel. The Collect+ store network is made up of 10,000 newsagents, convenience stores, supermarkets and petrol stations, so wherever you are, there’s a good chance that a Collect+ Point is nearby. The majority of Collect+ Points are open 7-days a week, early ’til late, so collecting and sending parcels is easy and convenient.

No response from after £600 parcel disappeared

I dropped off a parcel to be sent back to Google in September 2024, it was worth £600. The person who took the parcel completed it as though he was receiving the parcel, not google! Now the parcel is gone, collect+ are ignoring my attempts to reach out, and I'm £600 down. My next step is citizens advice to try and get fully refunded by collect+. I have a receipt of the person who took the parcel too with the name. No response! The place I took it to told me no one there under that name works there. It's so dodgy 😑😭 will never use collect+ again. Google won't touch the case, because the parcel never got sent to them!!!

The service has been down for a month…

The service has been down for a month now at Davey's Wine & Spirits. I understand that there are technical issues (although apparently the other locations in the area have been sorted out) but the poor staff, who are lovely, have had to deal with all kinds of abuse due to not being able to give customers their parcels. On top of this, the owner is still having to pay as usual, with no results and no compensation either! This is appalling. What kind of company behaves like this??

Inconsistent/unreliable service

Bad service in my current area, generally unreliable. Since Royalmail has been partnering with collect+ I've had a range of issues. One particular parcel shops is unwilling to accept anything that isn't "small" (which isn't communicated anywhere before you arrive, and isn't in line with accepted royal mail size limits), claiming it's due to limited space. I've also experienced missed collections and delays, for example my current parcels were dropped off days ago and show on tracking as not having been collected from the shop, apparently due to the courier saying they're too large for their vehicle (but again are within the 61/46/46cm restrictions), I also can't take them back myself, nor can Royalmail take action as they haven't scanned it themselves yet.

Do not use them

I have two parcels to collect at a yodel/collect+ shop, the email I received stated both parcels were ready to collect and I have been provided with collection codes. I went to the shop and the store said that neither parcel is with them - when I stated this was unusual he said unfortunately it isn’t, this happens often. Yodel will scan in the items and then take them away with them for some unholy reason. After 3 days of checking o was provided with the yodel/collect+ number. I have tried calling them 3 times this morning, on hold for 30 minutes a time, then the line hangs up. It’s infuriating! Where are my parcels and how hard is it to do your job?!

Poor and non existent customer service.

I went to collection point with proof of delivery from to collect my eBay order .The proof of delivery clearly shows GPS and picture of accepting .The agent was denying point blank despite showing Proof of delivery and not willing to have any conversation It is like I don’t have it here so bugger off.Then I tried contacting Collect plus with my problem their request their automated request will not even accept my request and asking me to contact eBay and RoyalMail.Avoid Colletplus at all cost. horrible Agents on site.Customer service non existent and evasive . if Collect plus want help and take some accountability and sort or compensate me I have provided details. Update : Spoke with the another resource , He told me this not a Collet+ pickup . Ebay says it is one pickup point . Collect + can you clarify.

False advertising of services

False advertising of services. Used collect+ to send parcels in Blackpool. All of the shops I’ve visited which is on their website, doesn’t not offer any service. I’m starting to think they must doing some sort of dodgy money scheme.

1st shop I went to straight up said they do not offer any parcel services etc
Went to second shop and guy said he’s unsure how to use the machine, so I told him bro you simply scan and print the label. He tried and they literally pulled out a blag the machine has crashed.

I had the parcel with me two days and decided to go back to first shop to make sure one wasn’t next door, I asked same shop again if they do and this time they said YES? I was just in a few days ago and he said NO? I still couldn’t send as he said printer not working?

I’ve tried 3 shops with collect+ and all of them didn’t offer any service.

I’ve also contacted Royal Mail as they list collect+ as one of their parcel shops.

Left a DPD Collect+ parcel at Londis…

Left a DPD Collect+ parcel at Londis M32 - had to go and retrieve if from there 10 days later. Absolutely useless - it was at the top of a pile of parcels & never went anywhere. Do not use - especially this store - they are clearly not processing any parcels for collection, the guy behind the counter could barely be arsed to get off his chair. No couriers should be working with this store

Unable To Track Parcel on Their Email

Received a tracking code this time. Try to track it, Collect+ doesn’t give access to on their website - it gives mention of FedEx on email I received after returning. Unable to track it on there, whose label it is is for DPD so incorrect information shows. They still claim you can contact them but you cannot, I tried but message comes up that you need to contact the courier firm.

Improve store training!

My local store Food & Tipple Ltd need more training. They keep recieving eBay parcels and not entering the eCP code, so I then have to contact eBay support to get them to contact the store! Even taking in ID and proof the parcel is mine with photos etc they refuse to release!

I lost my new phone in Collect+ store

I lost in DP News Collect+ store in Sudbury Town my new mobile phone, purchased on eBay. What happened? It occurred they received the parcel from the seller delivered by Royal Mail in amazing express way just next day (19/10/2024) after the purchase, but... shop assistant didn't scan it and I've been waiting for whole round week for the collection code to find out finally I wouldn't get it.

It was not a mirage, it didn't evaporate either. There is the picture of this parcel and the signature of shop assistant on Royal Mail tracking site. Someone apparently liked and took the phone, simply stole it. I got the refund from eBay, but what the store did is a crime and shame. Never gonna even step in there. In my opinion they should lose Collect+ membership if they obviously cannot be trusted. Just thieves.

I have never collected the parcel due…

I have never collected the parcel due to travelling. When the due date passed I was told in the shop that parcel has been collected by collect plus courier and returned to sender. However sander says the shop didn’t send parcel back. There is also no return tracking available neither to me nor the sender. I tried calling collect plus customer service but no one responds.

Inaccurate Store Finder

Their store finder is the worst tool I have ever used. Tried my two closest FedEx stores as per their website and neither of them accepted my parcel. First one didnt have the scanner to print my label and second one wasn't even a FedEx point at all, despite collect+ telling me they would both accept. And no I will not be sending the addresses to you and do your job for you, fix it yourselves.

JSK News Great Guildford st will not…

JSK News Great Guildford st would not give me my parcel on Saturday 17th August as your systems were down. I could not return to collect my parcel until 23rd Aug (my parcel arrived at JSK on 15th Aug).
He shouted at me in the store and would not give me my second parcel. He said that the first parcel had gone back to sender who was on holiday. She has just confirmed the tracking shows the parcel shows no update. We are wondering if the store is illegally disposing of parcels after 7 days knowing customers have paid for these items. This is really serious!
Please contact JSK News and ask what he is doing with parcels after 7 days.

It’s a disgrace and his aggressiveness is not acceptable.
Collect plus need to act and remove this vendor from being a collect plus point.
7 days in the summer holidays to collect a parcel and to be dishonest is what is more concerning it explains his conduct.
I cannot recommend collect plus because of this experience. It has left both the seller and I completely at a loss at what to do and I will not return to his shop after his conduct. Utterly unacceptable.

Sorry we can't take anymore parcels , the bag is full

Complained about this last year.Still not enough bags at the drop off shops so the instore experience is not good enough. I walked about 5 miles in total to be turned away from 2 drop off shop. Back to Evri

Pwllmelin Stores - lost the parcel

Pwllmelin Stores, CF5 2NH : parcel dropped off, receipt given but parcel is yet to arrive - 23 days later. In fact, tracking shows that it never left the shop. Terrible service and totally unreliable.
