We are now the entry and exit point for parcels and all queries or comments regarding your parcel journey should be directed to the carrier in the first instance please. Last year PayPoint acquired Yodel’s 50% stake in Collect+ making it the sole owner of the UK’s largest parcel shop network working with a range of partners: Amazon, DHL, eBay, FedEx, Parcel2Go and Yodel. The Collect+ brand is going through some operational changes which will be of benefit to our customers and our retailers. Any parcel queries from before 1 October 2020 should be referred to Yodel. The Collect+ store network is made up of 10,000 newsagents, convenience stores, supermarkets and petrol stations, so wherever you are, there’s a good chance that a Collect+ Point is nearby. The majority of Collect+ Points are open 7-days a week, early ’til late, so collecting and sending parcels is easy and convenient.

Twice in the past two weeks have I attempted to use Collect+ and twice has it been an ordeal. In the first case, Best Foods in New Malden, refused to accept any Yodel parcel despite being clearly listed as a Collect+ and Yodel shop. In the second case, Quality Choice in New Malden refused to take my parcel because it was "too big" (it was a small parcel) and it took a long heated argument to get them to do so. It's supposed to be easy to send a parcel from a local shop but if the shopkeeper can arbitrarily decide whether or not to accept a parcel it defeats the purpose. Stay away and use Royal Mail or Evri instead.

I got the message from collect+ that my item has arrived in Wellingborough off licence Burgain Buys NN8 area. I went to the shop. Shop keeper refused to scan code and said your parcel hasn't arrived yet. Although I shown him baroda that its saying your parcel is ready for collection. I have 3 products to pick up with 3 different barcode. All are ready for collection whereas shop keeper saying parcel has not arrived.
Such a rubbish service. I must say.
Had to walk alot to collect the parcel. But this happened with me.

I selected a Collect+ delivery from eBay at my local pickup as I knew I would be away for work when it arrived, but able to collect it before the seven day holding period was over. I received the Collect+ alert via eBay when it was delivered, and confirming it would be held until 18 November 2023. On 17 November 2023 I went to collect the parcel. The gentlemen in the store said they had followed a Collect+ system prompt to return it the day before, on 16 November, and that there was nothing they could do. They tried to deflect me to the courier, but this issue as about the information provided by Collect+ via its partnership with eBay. Either the data they share with customers and agents is not aligned, or in this case there has been an error. Additionally the gentlemen were able to show me no evidence of the item's return on the 16th, and I had received (correctly) the final reminder on the morning of the 17th to confirm it was still waiting for me in store.
This has wasted my time, plus my property is missing, plus it will inconvenience the seller, and doubtless someone will have to pay for redelivery if the item does make it's way back to the seller. This issue is not a fault of the courier. It might however be about flawed communication between Collect+, eBay, and the courier intermediary. Whatever the explanation Collect+ has lost my property, taken my time, and seems to be an untrustworthy service that based on my experience I could not recommend. Avoid.

I ordered an item from eBay using click and collect. I paid for additional postage and the Collect+ store I chose refused to accept the delivery. It has now been returned to the seller.

I've sent a parcel by Royal Mail to a Collect+ point but buyer has since been refunded and not collected the parcel. I have no idea how to get the parcel returned to me as Collect+ have no working contact details. Will I get the parcel returned to me when it was sent via Royal mail but not collected via Collect+? Who knows..

JJ woods newsagents the guy was very rude abrupt and unhelpful. I won't be goin there again. Shouldn't offer a collection service if he doesn't want people coming in.

I received a text message from Collectplus today saying my Fedex package was ready for collection (one day late -- but better than nothing I suppose) When I get to their local collection point, there was no sign of it. The manager spent nearly an hour looking everywhere as it contained a two months supply of prescription medicine I need to take by injection. The package is sent in insulated cartons to keep the injections refrigerated. Of course, they don't have a customer service contact number to call and find out what happened... having real humans answering phones would cost them money....so I was forced to use their chatbot service only to receive an automated reply saying they only answer queries related to their "in store experience" --whatever that is. The injections costs me £500 and are now worthless --- even if they turn up eventually. On their website, Collect+ say they are "proud to work some of the leading parcel couriers". I wonder how proud Fedex is to work with them considering how poorly they treat their customers. Disgusting "service". Avoid!

Dropped off a Parcel at Shell Sandhurst (MFG).
First time I have used Yodel for an eBay delivery. As I walked to the counter the gentleman behind it was gently shaking his head and tutting, "too big" he says. It was not. "Too heavy" he then says, 5kg. "Can you bring it back tomorrow in the daytime?" We then discussed as to wether he was going to take the parcel or not. I asked what the problem was but he could not come up with an answer other than "We don't care about Yodel and taking their parcels."
He took the parcel and gave me a receipt. I went down the road and spent £10 at Tesco that I was going to at his shop.
Why do parcel companies use shops like this? I will now think twice before using Yodel again because of the lack of customer service from a third party intermediary.

I went twice to a Collectplus store to collect a parcel delivered by Evri showed them my Evri tracking number they refused to give me my parcel. Returned the next day with the barcode number in the Evri app they tried to input this into the Collectplus scanner and because it didn’t work refused to give me my parcel again because they said if they did they would get charged by the delivery company. Retailer has checked with Evri and been told I have the right barcode number it even matches the barcode label on the parcel. Absolute rubbish would not use again

Had an ebay parcel delivered to my local collect+ store, only for it to be refused by them. We asked why, and they said it was because of the size/weight of the parcel.
The item is now back on the way to the seller, and i have no way of redirecting it here, so now i have to deal with the seller / ebay to rectify the situation. Pain in the @$$

Collect plus it would seem delivered package to me, only to just leave it on doorstep without knocking... it was on my doorstep for all to see and steal.... fortunately a neighbour knocked and alerted me to the package that had been outside for numerous hours

I would give 0 stars if it were possible - having sold an item of musical equipment on the Reverb app,
I purchased a postage label for Yodel/Collect+ via the Packlink service.
I packaged the item well, attached the label and took it to the nearest Collect+ point at the local Costcutter. The item was scanned, I took my receipt and left.
After 10 days I heard from the buyer to say that the item had not arrived - after checking tracking all I got from Yodel/Collect+ was that it was unavailable when they went to collect it.
So I have a local shopkeeper who won't speak to me and a courier company who are avoiding responsibility, however so far as I'm concerned it was in their care as soon as it was scanned at the terminal, and at that point the shopkeeper was representing them and their courier service - I was not there as a Costcutter customer.
In the meantime I am over £40 out of pocket, effectively I've been robbed and I won't be letting it rest that way.
Avoid this service, use Evri instead.

Very convenient but a totally naff experience when the person at the drop off point has zero customer service skills. It doesn't take much to be polite
Excellent experience at two drop-off points in Leeds now. Staffs were friendly, and the progress was super easy to follow, no need to print out anything.
so I've purchased something off ebay that was sent to my local shop to collect, I've received email to say ready for collection and the item isn't there. I'm now trying to get money back from ebay and they've said they won't issue refund because its saying delivered . I've been to this shop everyday for 2 weeks and no parcel is there. So what am I supposed to do?

Premier stores in Lynworth, Cheltenham, what a miserable person serving behind the till, not one word of Acknowledgment, he snatched my parcel, didn’t even say hello, you think he’d be grateful I was using his shop to drop off my parcel…never again, he needs re-training!

Regarding the Collect+ service at ESSO Londis MFG Highams Lodge. Had an ebay parcel delivered there, ebay email said I had 7 days to collect (by the 18th July). When I went there after 6 days they couldn't find it. They *said* they returned parcels after five days because they didn't have the space to keep them longer! Shouted at me for not coming to pick up sooner! I really don't know where to start with the poor service on this one...
ebay tracking is saying it was 'delivered to customer' on the 11th July - which is when I received the email from ebay to come pick it up.

Tried to return a parcel for two days only to be told they don’t take parcels in a morning. This is not on you website that McColls, Egermont Road, Bearsted, ME15 8LH doesn’t accept parcels in a morning. Not much good for us that work pm. Had to go to a different shop to return theses goods no problem they took parcel. So not happy with MCColls.

Be aware that stores can turn you away if they don't have room to take your parcel. Collect plus/yodel should make it clear that they don't provide service at all locations.
