Good service overall
Quick delivery although they did deliver to my billing address instead of the shipping address, and I also wasn't given a delivery day or time so didn't know when it was going to turn up but other than that good quality timber and supplies, and much cheaper than other places I looked.

Hi Rosie. We're really sorry your delivery timing wasn’t communicated clearly, and for mixing up your locations, that is not the service we aim to provide. We will have a look at what went wrong with the branch and look to improve our process. Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and rating. Have a great week 😊 #BuildWithColliers

Ordered a tonne bag of Scottish Cobbles…
Ordered a tonne bag of Scottish Cobbles on a Sunday afternoon, received an email from Adam @ Ipswich saying when they will be delivered and sure enough.. that’s exactly when they were delivered. I said to Adam ‘let the driver know to back down the lane’ as the stones were for my mother in-law and he did that and was super friendly. Great service all round A+++ and some!!
