I would not hesitate to recommend dealing with the team in Galway.

We could not recommend Colm Quinn DROGHEDA enough we were dealing with Robert who was just excellent , friendly and easy to deal with with no-pressure sales approach and in our opinion is an asset to this Company.

This is our second new BMW and the first time we have gone to a PCP. Igor Korolija was very helpful in explaining the new car specifications and Lisa Devlin gave us a very good explanation of the financial details including suggestions on the best plan for us. Overall we are very happy with our experience with this dealer.

The process of purchasing and financing my new car was made easier by the salesperson Gareth Davey and his knowledge of the product and his non aggressive style of selling what I needed in the car.
Lisa Devlin explained the finance options and insurance protection policies available, thereby helping me to avail of the ones I thought benefited me. Overall experience excellent. Graham H.

I dealt with Peter Walsh who is the best car sales executive I have ever experienced. He went above and beyond to ensure we were well looked after. He stayed late on two evenings as we were travelling from Dublin in traffic , he took time and had great patience going through all the details . He deserves to be be promoted to a very senior position and get a big pay rise . He was amazing to deal with and an absolute credit to your company . Thank you for everything Peter .

Horrible Experience , feel cheated by their sales Team , Be careful dealing with them , I lost my Advance due to the misconfiguration done by their sales guy. Mainly precious time waiting . very poor communication and difficult to get updates on the delivery date etc. It is like take what we give you . They don't care for some type of customers . Be careful

Always great service from Colm Quinn BMW in Athlone. Just traded in my 2022 BMW for a new X5 and I cannot fault the service. Rob always goes above and beyond.

Did work experience there last week at Colm Quinn Galway. Niall o Byrnes and all the rest of the staff were beyond welcoming and simply just a pleasure to work with!

Appalling after-sales service. I was quoted a four-week wait for a brake light repair, even though it’s illegal to drive without one. Chloe showed no urgency, did not return phone calls, and made no attempt to help. I ultimately had to take my car to another repairer to get the light fixed. Avoid this dealer at all costs.

This is my third BMW x1 bought from Gareth Davey in Colm Quinn’s Galway. Gareth is very professional in his dealings with me and affords valuable time always. Nothing is too much trouble. Lisa Devlin was excellent in showing me all the workings in the car. Very helpful.

Shocking customer service. Athlone branch.

Firstly I attempted to book a service online but "car not found" so that was a waste of time. I've no issue with that as my BMW is a Japanese import

I then spoke to a representative online through their chat service, they were very friendly and took all my details saying they would forward the information to the service department and somebody would be in touch.

Two weeks later and no contact, so I rang the Athlone branch and explained that I was expecting a call, the lady I was speaking to had no idea about any online chat service and informed me that the next available service date was in April two months away.

Not prepared to wait two months for an hour's work I informed her that I would try somewhere else and if I couldn't find anywhere I would call her back, she suggested trying the Galway branch.

I went back onto their website, Galway division, to get the phone number and it's the same number for Athlone.

So rang that, and surprise surprise, no answer.

They must think people have nothing better to do all day only chase them looking to give them business.

Not alone will I ever bother with them again looking for a service, I certainly wouldn't buy a car off them

Service and experience provided by Gareth Davey & Lisa Devlin from the first day I visited the showroom to the day I collected the jeep was first class. I would highly recommend to anyone.

From beginning to end we had a positive experience. There was proactive communication throughout the process keeping us posted on when our new car would be available. We have high standards for service and we were not disappointed. I would especially like to call out the service from Robert Mc Cathy , he is a pleasure to deal with and his personal touch makes a difference.

From the first day I walked into Colm Quinn's BMW dealership in Galway i knew i was in the right place, from the very happy and helpfull receptionists who made us feel at home straight away and got us in touch with Daniel Jennings who had the answers to any questions I had to hand, he was very easy to talk to and explained everything in detail about the car I had in mind, he organised a test drive for us that day, he then introduced us to the very charming Lisa Devlin who explained all the financial options in detail to us, She worked out the best deal possible from my point of view in a matter of minutes, professionalism at its best, it truly was a great experience all round, needless to say a deal was done and I picked up my new BMW on 09/01/2026, I must also say thanks to Rebecca for explaining how to use the never ending amount of technology in the car.

I purchased a 2019 BMW 5 series from Colm Quinns Athlone showroom and found my experience a really pleasant, smooth and enjoyable experience. I dealt with Rob who was very professional and knowledgeable and Nessa who made the deal so smooth and effortless. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from them.

Both the Business Manager Lisa Devlin and Sales Manager Gareth Davey were extremely helpful and professional throughout all of my dealings with them. Information was provided in a clear manner, and both were more than happy to answer my many questions during the process. Well done guys, great work!

I recently visited both Colm Quinn Galway and Athlone to discuss a Mini, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing.

At the Galway dealership, I spent a noticeable amount of time looking at the cars, clearly visible to the staff, yet no one approached me or acknowledged I was there. When I tried to speak to someone, I was brushed off and told I needed to go to Athlone instead. The attitude was unfriendly and dismissive.

When I went to Athlone, the experience wasn’t any better. Again, despite being clearly present and waiting for assistance, no one came over to help and I was essentially ignored. The lack of professionalism and the unwelcoming atmosphere in both locations was really surprising.

In the end, I went to Conlon in Limerick and ordered my new car there instead. The team in Limerick was incredibly helpful, attentive, and a complete contrast to what I experienced at Colm Quinn.

I won’t be returning to Colm Quinn again.
