Leider kann ich COLORFULSWAN nach meiner bisherigen Erfahrung nicht empfehlen. Beim Kauf wurde vereinbart, dass die Ware innerhalb von 5 Tagen geliefert wird. Der zugesagte Liefertermin war der 07.05.2026.
Bis heute habe ich die Ware jedoch nicht erhalten. Eine solche Verzögerung ist sehr ärgerlich, insbesondere wenn beim Kauf eine klare Lieferzeit genannt wurde. Als Kunde verlässt man sich auf diese Angaben und erwartet entweder eine pünktliche Lieferung oder zumindest eine transparente Information, wenn es Probleme gibt.
Besonders enttäuschend ist für mich, dass die Ware trotz abgelaufenem Liefertermin weiterhin nicht angekommen ist. Das hinterlässt keinen professionellen Eindruck und sorgt für unnötigen Aufwand, da ich mich nun selbst um Klärung, Rückerstattung oder Käuferschutz kümmern muss.
Fazit: Aus meiner persönlichen Erfahrung ist die Abwicklung unzuverlässig. Ware wurde trotz zugesagter Lieferung bis zum 07.05.2026 nicht geliefert. Daher kann ich COLORFULSWAN derzeit nicht weiterempfehlen.

The order took a month and 2 days to…
The order took a month and 2 days to arrive; it was supposed to arrive in 2 weeks or less; it was a confirmation gift for my son and his sponsor; it arrived about a week and a half after the event; I had to buy other gifts at the last minute. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of one is because I actually eventually received my order. Also; one of the personalized items is crooked and the ink is smudged all over. I would be embarrassed to gift the items.

Awful customer service, what i got looked nothing at all like I ordered even though I cancelled the order within 2 hours after making it to be eligible for a full refund, I get an email 3 days after saying my order is being shipped and now they won't refund the awful thing I didn't want..p.s I've sent numerous emails and you're not willing to refund which is a load of ....

Not As Expected
The product was not what I was expecting. Promoted as "Custom Photo Copper Metal Style Desk Decor" the product is not copper or any type of metal. The product description says "This powerful yet romantic couple sculpture captures love's most passionate moment. Crafted from exquisite antique bronze metal, it radiates a warm and elegant texture" but this is not a sculpture at all. The only metal on the product is the custom metal plate which was not glued properly on both items and arrived falling off. One positive comment is that the product arrived faster than expected.

Avoid this seller at all costs!
Ordered a set of boots at an unbelievably good price so was not expecting perfection. However, what I received was an A6 thank you card worth less than the postage to return it!
No response yet to a refund request or my query as to where my boots are.
Lesson learned, if it’s too good to be true then it is in fact a scam.

The product distribution and images presented on the website does not represent the product you will receive, what you receive is absolute junk, cheap plastic rubbish that went straight into the bin when it arrived. Don’t bother trying to get a refund you won’t get a response from them . Buyers beware / I wish I had visited trust pilot before parting with my money
