This is a Terrible company! I received my clock broken in pieces and they would not refund me. I emailed them twice and got an automated email back. The clock is worth $2.00 I am out all of my money!

Product was exactly how I imagined it would be, the only complaint was I wasn't told it was coming as two separate parcels. So a bit concerned when cups came with no decanter. The parcels arrived a week apart

Won't last long and the case was wrong
The cards look great, but they don't seem to be plastic coated. I can't imagine they'll last long. in addition, the tin cover had an odd quote on it (nothing I ordered), and they needed a photo of the entire product in order to research the error. These were a gift and with them taking several weeks to arrive from China, I didn't have time before Christmas to sort out the error. Getting photos from the recipient proved too difficult. For the $50 I spent, I'm quite disappointed.

What I ordered and the website described looks nothing like what I have received. It was meant to be 3D and it has come flat. Cheap, useless and and completly disapointed. You will fight to even try and get your money back.

Absolutely terrible. Very misleading. Product received is nothing like what was shown or describe. Shipping took forever even with paid expedited shipping and item arrived very late. Extremely disappointing!

SOOOOO disappointed!
The item I got was NO WHERE NEAR the product in the picture on their website. I have asked for a refund because I am more than disappointed! This was for a gift and I will not even give it because of the quality, YES, IT IS THAT BAD!!! I will be glad to send pictures. I have not gotten a response from them yet, so I am escalating my complaint in PayPal because I want a refund.

Shoddy workmanship…
The workmanship of the dual zone clock was amateur and it’s not worth the money. The company did try and rectify by sending me another one. First one came with damage, but the quality of the replacement is so poor I am not putting it on my wall

Quality issue and shipping delay
Took longer than expected/stated, had to reach out through PayPal (my payment method) to even get ahold of them for it. It arrived once shipped, but of very very poor quality. Very fuzzy, the name is a different color and clarity than the rest, would not purchase again.

This company is a scam
This company is a scam. Avoid at all costs. Product does not ship within the time period stated on the website. Then when you ask for a refund they ignore you and ask for a restocking fee. When you insist on a full refund they continue to ignore you and say the item has shipped. Listen to other reviews.

Product misleading and not what was shown online
Very sad with what I received versus the image online. The knight was 3D and looked like a real knight suit for the clock I got. When received, it was a glass image of the knight clock. I went back to the site and nothing indicates this is a flat glass clock with just the image printed on it.
