The agent Reina took her time explaining everything, she did not force me to buy into this. Some agents do, they kind of pressure you but she did not and I appreciate that! She answered all my questions, this tells me she is very versed in the business!

Awesome representative
The representative was very great in letting me know that i needed to continue getting the paperwork/emails signed or it would have to be redone. If she wasn't sure about something she checked with someone else to ensure she was giving clear instructions.
