Hot tub delivery took place within 3 days of deposit. Delivery was efficiently carried out, area left clear and tub controls explained.
In terms of back up I cannot fault their service. There was a heater issue shortly after set up, they replaced the heater without question the same day.
Since it's worked perfectly, as expected.
The engineer , in particular, was pleasant , and efficient.
From my first enquiry to delivery and back up I cannot fault there support.

Just purchased a new hot tub cover from combined shipping. They were really helpful when contacting them. Order on Friday evening and was delivered the next day.

I'm afraid that they have gone T*ts up & gone into receivership...

Great hot tub, Bought the Atlantic a couple of years ago but still providing so much fun for the family

We had our hot tub from Combined Shipping in 2022 and have had it serviced/drained down every year by them too. The service is always quick, courteous and professional, whether that be people in the office, or engineers who visit the property. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

We love our new hot tub—it’s been amazing for family time! It comfortably fits all of us, the jets are powerful yet relaxing, and it’s so easy to maintain. The kids have a blast, and it’s our go-to spot to unwind after a long day. Truly one of the best purchases we’ve made!

Engineer turned up on time, got on with the job (as I'd messaged to say I was busy) and completed the service well. Only gave a 4 as he was unable to get the power supply to the Blue tooth speaker working so we need to replace/get an external one but he was helpful in having a look at it for us whilst he had the tub open. Happy with the Tiny Hot Tub we had from Combined Shipping which is still all good and no issues (other than blue tooth speaker) 3 years on.

Our Harmony Plus hot tub is fantastic, it's lovely and relaxing during the summer time and really invigorating during the winter months.

Buying and delivery was straightforward and easy staff were helpful and friendly would definitely recommend them

Our Ultimate hot tub spa was ordered at a great price from Combined and the logistics for delivery and installation were all well managed and completed as per order. Good afterservice for fine tuning operation and for ongoing products to keep the spa clean. Very happy with Combined and all their services :)

Very happy with the unit and expect to be adding a heat pump from Combined in 2025

We brought our hot tub and air source heat pump in 2020 and has been fabulous - I have called Combined shipping for advice, guidance & tech support numerous times over the years and they have always been knowledgeable and helpful and above all great value - very customer focussed, great value, great advice. I am amazed we still use our hot tub 3-4 times a week - often more and since we fitted the heat pump our electricity bill for the whole house was reduced by 1/3rd so running the hot tub costs very little and better environmentally.

Amazing service from the team talked us through the different hot tubs available and what would suit us advised us which chemicals were the best and safest to use, fast smooth delivery and set up went very smoothly. After care has been second to none they have always been on the end of the phone offering advice.

I've been dealing with them for a number of years since buying our tub & when we encountered a leak they quickly identified the problem & promptly completed the repair.

We purchased a Rose Hot Tub from Combined Shipping. I was initially concerned about ordering a Hot Tub which was to be made overseas then shipped to the UK, but other customer's reviews were positive and price was much cheaper than buying from a showroom so my concerns were allayed.

A few months after enjoying our Hot Tub, we had a technical issue when re-filling the Tub.
This was resolved quickly over the telephone and Whatsapp. The Customer Service Team and the Engineer we dealt with were both friendly and knowledgeable.
