Customer Service, Pricing, Quick Delivery
Quality is good, especially considering the reasonable price. Design looks excellent, exactly as uploaded. I'm most impressed with their customer service and how quickly I received the order. They budgeted longer wait times before I placed my order and somehow I received them much before just in time for my event. I will definitely order again.

Will Be Back
The manager ensured that I got my product on time for my event with very short notice. She went above and beyond to make the arrangements, after repeated delays, and mismanagement of my file from an employee. Because of her, I will definitely purchase products from this company again in the future.

Frustrated
It took a bit to get my wants for the proper label on the pen order. I have been ordering with COMDA for several years and this year was the most frustrating time I have ever had.

Amazing Customer Service
I ordered embroidered visors, and Production reached out to me to revise the logo because they thought it wouldn't embroider well. Then, once they began, they sent me a picture of the embroidery to make sure I was happy, and confirmed what date I would need it by. This is incredibly good customer service! Thanks, Susie A.!

Misleading inventory on their website
The inventory displayed on their website as in stock should always be accurate. I ordered 2 different items, which were both available as at the time I made payment. Only for them to come calling me to let me know both items were out of stock, after they have charged my card. I was more or less forced to go with items I don’t really want.
