The beanies are great quality. We purchased red and the color is very vibrant. Unfortunately, the embroidery stabilizer/backing is very thick and rigid which hopefully doesn't effect the comfort of the beanie when being worn.

I have been using COMDA to produce my company calendars for many years and they always deliver a quality product as expected. Calendars are a bit old school but i have both young and old clients calling me to remind me to save one for them.
The pictures are also very bright and vibrant.

Our sales representative completely disappeared after our order was placed. Despite multiple emails and phone calls, I received no response whatsoever. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had with a print company.

The impression I was left with was that the priority was securing our calendar order, but once payment was received, communication stopped entirely. If your sales representatives work on commission, this experience certainly felt that way. When I attempted to confirm important details about our order, I had no success reaching anyone.

To make matters worse, I clearly provided our correct address and requested delivery month, yet this information was never communicated internally. As a result, I had to correct our address and delivery details on two separate occasions. These errors should never have occurred in the first place.

I would not recommend Comda based on my experience. The only reason I placed an order with your company was because my boss, who has been a customer for many years, requested that I do so. I have only been in my role for six months, but after this experience, I will be exploring other options for future orders.

The lady that took my order was respectful and helpful and my order was delivered in a very fast response.

It is very hard to get anyone to return calls. To order merchandise, we had to make multiple calls to the company just to be able to speak to someone. One salesperson called back and just directed us to the COMDA website which doesn't have the preferred pricing we were looking for. As a long time customer, it is very frustrating and we are now looking at other suppliers for our needs.
