never received drone asked for refund,never got this company ( if it excises' is a scam ) they should be banned

Ordered the dinosaur blanket which looks like it had stuffed dinosaurs attached but it was just a flat blanket. Total deceptive advertising. Plus it cost more than if I would have ordered it from amazon!

If I could give zero stars, I would.It's a scam site plain and simple. I wish my dumbass would have known that. I got taken for about $90. ordered a drone
Then, accidentally ordered a second. when I tried to get in contact with customer service.It's non existent, they don't have one.It's just a random email.And number that rings, and nobody responds to. And to top it off, they sent some cheap little 30 dollar drones that you can buy at any store. And one of em even looked used. I've been trying for weeks now.To get my money back and try to get in touch with somebody. It's a freaking scam site. Their shipping address says los angeles, but it came from china.Of course. I'd like five minutes alone with one of these mfs.🖕

They did not send the item they advertised a Lanus V3 Pro. They sent me completely different item with a similar name a Lanus but alot less value. It didn't even look like the one they advertised then I couldn't resolve the return the best I got was 1/2 my money back I can't believe the ad is still running. Don't buy it Lanus V3 Pro.

Don’t order ANYTHING from Comet gift.. It’s just a Chinese scam artist! Pattern is they show video of superior product and ship you a lesser product or dysfunctional item.. and then ignore your requests for refund.. or return

Don’t do it, ordered the drone and what I got they wouldn’t even sell at the dollar store. Not even close to what they advertised. Ripped me off for 100$.

Contacted Customer Service, they responded promptly, but when I said I never received the product, they ghosted me and never got an answer back. I have tried sending several emails, no response.

I had ordered a drone. I received nothing close like advertised. There was little to no communication or response from them. I have yet to hear back from them. So, I called my bank and reported this scam. Had the charge reversed back to them. Beware they are a scam. Stay away!

I've ran into the same problem as others. Ordered 36inch skeleton banjo animatronics. Received little 13 inch skeletons that did absolutely nothing. Website will say USA based yet products were shipped from China. An absolute rip-off! Please stay away from them!!!

The item that was delivered was no where close to what was ordered.I have not received a response back with in there 72 hour limit. I would recommend not to order anything from this site

This site is a Chinese scam don’t buy anything from them. I spent 74.00 on an item that was totally misrepresented on the web site. When I got it it was useless and totally not what they had on the web site when I SKED FOR A REFUND THEY SAID I NEEDED TO SEND A VIDEO SO FOR WHAT? Beware!!!!

This site completely ripped me off and then wouldn’t respond to me. They advertised the animatronic banjo skeletons for 79.99 and then sent me to tiny plastic skeletons that did nothing. I am reporting them for fraudulently charging my card and scamming me. Beware this company!!!!!!!

Ordered dueling banjos playing music and all I got were 2 dolls with glowing eyes. Waiting for response from company but it don't look good. I went and notified PayPal.

I ORDERED THE DUELING BANJO SKELITONS AND THEY WERE NOT AS ADVERTISED. tHE ONLY THING THEY DID WAS TO LIGHT THE EYES RED. Also delivery time was over a month.

They advertised a remarkable drone so I bought it,big mistake it's nothing even close to the video they show us, don't fall for it, it's a scam one big rip off.

Ordered big double barrel electric water gun. Got a small single barrel pistol instead. They offered a small refund. I accepted after they told me about restocking fees and other hoops I would have to jump through. Supposed to be satisfaction guarantee. Just another online company looking to maximize profit over substance.
