I've tried a lot of analytics platforms but Cometly is hands down the best one so far.

I've been using Cometly for almost a year now. Whenever they "Move The Cheese", which is often because they seem to be regularly updating the platform, I get amazing customer service with follow-ups to ensure I'm OK.

I looked into Cometly and decided not to move forward. Then Tom reached out and said let's hop on a call anyway - so I did. After a few minutes it was clear this was the answer I was looking for. Not just for the ad savings, which is HUGE for me - but the support. Tom has been there every step of the way not just to make a sale, but to onboard me, get everything working, troubleshoot and help me get the reports I need on my dashboard so I know what I'm looking at. In an age where 1-1 support with anything but a bot is exceedingly rare I am HAPPY to pay a company that truly does put their customer experience first. 5 starts all the way around.

Had a client last week tell me "Turned some ads off" but he's here on cometly, he's never logged in(sent him emails a few times) and so I went into his account, and the ad that only spent 300-400$ made him 16k... so sent him a video on it.

You guys track across multiple emails and personas, GHL can't even do that.

I’ve been using Cometly for the past year, and I can’t imagine running my business without this attribution software. If you think using software like this is difficult, you have no idea how much harder it is to track events manually. Cometly makes your life so much easier. The custom report builder gives you a clear view of what’s happening with your ads, and the API conversions for Facebook Ads work perfectly. Plus, if you’re using Go High Level, this software becomes even simpler and more flexible. Highly recommend it!

It works for the most part, but it's not the top product in the industry and it has been very difficult to get customer support.

Cometly is an essential for our business. After struggling with other tracking tools and splitting platforms into separate funnels—a total nightmare—Cometly simplified everything. Within a month, we were precisely tracking every lead and purchase, complete with emails and exact sources (Meta, Google Ads, IG Organic, Emails, etc.).

Their hands-on support has been incredible, consistently providing solutions for every pivot we've made.

BUTTTT. Support is terrible. I wait sometimes days to get a response. It so hard to get a hold of someone.

Truly disappointing considering the high costs you would think you would be able to get better support.
