The bed was delivered in good time and set up as we wanted it.

Bought a mattress and bed, the bed was fine but the mattress was super stiff, very uncomfortable to sleep on. Their returns policy states unsatisfied customers can do a return within 30 days so I tried to initiate a return. They gave me the “just try it for another week it should soften” which I expected, and did, but there was no change in the mattress’ level of comfort so I got in touch again. Then they tried to force a replacement on me and when I said I didn’t want a replacement I want a refund I was ignored! I then had to get in touch AGAIN and they said they’ll arrange a courier to come collect the bed and mattress. After about 10 days I had to contact and ask how long it usually takes their courier (the website states about 5 days) and I got a vague nothing answer (the courier will be in touch blah blah). 3 weeks after that it still hasn’t been collected so I get in touch yet again and they’re not even aware it’s not been collected yet (it still hasn’t been collected another 10 days after this). I’m having to get in touch with my bank to get my money back. RIDICULOUS COMPANY.

I had my bed delivered today and would like to thank the delivery man Mo Garda. He was excellant. Very polite. Delivery was on time. He even took the item upstairs too.

Speedy delivery & great service. Mo the delivery driver rang me to tell me he was on his way & an extra added bonus was he carried it up my stairs to assist my dad.

Finally a company that’s does what it says!
I ordered a pink plush single bed on the 18th June and it arrived on the 20th. Beautiful bed and a lovely shade of pink. The delivery guy, Mogurd (sorry if wrong spelling) was a pleasure to have in my home. Took his shoes off at the door and respected my property. Funny, friendly guy. Wouldn’t hesitate recommending this company to friends and family. 5* service. Well done Comforest.

I received a 4 panel divan bed from Comforest. It was really high quality and the mattress is so comfortable. Delivery was also fast which is a plus. Overall I had a really positive experience and would definitely recommend.

Ordered a 3 foot van bed arrived with headboard and bed with no mattress yes it was via Amazon but cannot get info rest to send me a new mattress awful Service

Bed came without holes in the headboard or nails. Damage to one of the legs also. Emailing and ringing for 3 days with no answer. Avoid if you need a bed quickly and would like good customer service!

I purchased a 5FT King Bed and a mattress. The quality was great.

Clearly a scam. Don’t be fooled by this poor effort of a scam. Been trying to ring me saying that my delivery is tomorrow and I haven’t even ordered. Dregs of society

Today I received my new "Comforest" luxury bed and mattress. I must admit that when I read a couple of reviews on Trustpilot regarding Comforest (AFTER I had made my order and transferred over £1,000 plus) I was very concerned. However, I shouldn't have worried at all! A few days later I received a call from Umair who told me that my order would be delivered within the week and he just wanted to double-check a few of my requests such as the collecting my old mattress and bed. And when Faruk turned up this morning (six days after I made the order) he was absolutely fantastic - dismantling my old bed and taking it away with the old mattress and then replacing it with the new bed and mattress that, as a unit, is like a bed straight out of a 5 Star Hotel!! I can't thank you guys enough for everything - and especially when you gave me a discount of nearly £150. I would totally recommend Comforest for its products and service - simply top notch!! And I would definitely ask for Faruk if you want a FIRST CLASS Delivery man. :-)

Absolutely awful! Ordered a bed on Amazon from this company, 2 days later they ring and tell me I'm too far away to have it delivered! (I get next day Amazon prime deliveries) terrible excuse. I recommended they take it off Amazon.

Bought via ebay rather than their website. Good communication regarding delivery options. Driver/deliverer was friendly and on time. Bedstead was lovely. Easy to assemble and very good quality for the cost! Very happy. Thx.

Had my delivery of my bed today was perfect was in time and the driver and the office were more then helpful! Over the moon!

Started off well had problem with bed and they agreed to refund the money. They collected bed and for 2 weeks now they started off stone walling me and now ignoring requests to have refund. This company is disgusting they have bed and my money. Don't buy anything from them

Ordered a bed from here and didn't receive any confirmation email. Nobody picks up the call and nothing arrived !!!! Thankfully I had purchased from my credit card so I contacted my bank to get my money back and am in process of reporting this company to trading standards and furniture ombudsman. DO NOY BUY !!!!
