The Comfy Horse Company Reviews

Lovely product. Delivered quickly.

Comfy horse is a great company, no email goes unanswered and they have helped with queries outside their remit. My heat pad arrived the next day, which was a lovely surprise. They go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. I highly recommend them for their excellent products and their customer service.
This is my second Epiony heat pad. Definitely in my top equestrian things I need in my life! I pop it on before riding and it warms up my horses backs. The difference, especially in my old boys movement, is very noticeable. I have also used it on myself for aching muscles. It is a great product in an affordable price range.

My order was dealt with promptly and my purchase was just as I'd hoped.

Great service, great product - exactly what I wanted!

Super quick delivery. Easy ordering. Thank you

The product arrived on time, and I received up to date e mails regarding dispatch and delivery info

The personal service encouraged me to try the muzzle and head collar . It’s not cheap but because I could actually chat to someone I decided it was worth the risk .If you send pics they will help you decide on size. My pony is a cob head collar normally but the cob in this instance was too big . But they were happy for me to order both and send one back . My pony had happily worn a traditional muzzle for years , but due to becoming very itchy and scratching a lot he got the muzzle off almost every day . As he has cushings and is prone to lami , that meant he had to stay in every few days . The muzzle attached to a field safe head collar means even he would find it difficult to remove ! It’s also easier to clean and looks far more comfortable

Super helpful. Great service.

Received quickly and never had a girth packaged so nice.

Great offer on the item I purchased. Super fast delivery too! Very impressed with the quality and service.

The girth was delivered really quickly. I’ve only used it twice, it’s good quality and it keeps my saddle still. I really like it but it’s probably a bit early to know if my horse is more comfortable in it yet.
