Fast shipping - yay !!!
Fast shipping, clear description, great products. Franklin balls set is great but fed up with Franklin company who promise a free demo via QR code but can’t get to it through all the piles of marketing. Pity because that irritation marred a great experience with comfy horse. Otherwise would have give 5 star to comfy horse.

Great company to deal with
Company responded promptly to my question on email and shipped the item the same day the order was made. Delivered promptly on 48 hour tracked delivery. Well packaged and a lovely Comfy Horse Tote Bag was included, which will be very useful, thank you Laura and Claire

Awful service and customer service!
I paid over £5 delivery for a small package expecting quick delivery. I contacted after a few days to check progress to be told it would be delivered the following day, nothing arrived, I was told twice more it was being delivered the next day, still nothing. I had purchased the same item elsewhere in this time twice and delivered so I asked to cancel the order. I was told I would be refunded when I returned the goods (which I hadn’t received!). The following day the postman had the small package which I refused so he took back and marked as refused to be returned to sender. I then requested the credit in full as I was not in receipt of the goods and therefore any missing goods would be an issue with the company and courier. I still haven’t received a refund and my emails are being ignored. I would not recommend this company, customer service is appalling along with the service. Still waiting for a refund!

Hi Sue, Firstly I'm so sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the service we provided. As a small business we strive to provide 100% customer satisfaction with a personal service so when things go wrong it's very disappointing for us.
I have had a look at the order and email history and summarise as follows;
Your order was placed on Friday 14th June 2024 and collected from us by Royal Mail on the next working day, Monday 17th June.
As the item was a healthcare product (plasters) we sent by 24 hour tracked post to arrive Tuesday 18th June.
You chased us by email on Monday evening and we responded on Tuesday morning advising delivery should be that day.
You then emailed Tuesday evening and said you wanted to cancel the order - we sent an apology Weds morning and confirmed all fine to return and receive a refund. On Thursday Royal Mail attempted delivery which you refused and asked for the package to be returned, again we sent an email on Thursday confirming a refund would be processed as soon as the item was back. We then received a further email from you and confirmed and processed the refund on Monday 24th June.
Unfortunately there are times when the postal service can go wrong, but in this case we did try to expediate matters for you, we communicated and responded to every email promptly and refunded prior to the item being received back.
Sincere apologies again for the inconvenience and we do hope your horse is on the road to recovery, Best Wishes, Laura & Claire

The comfy horse company great, product a rip off
The comfy horse company was great to buy from. Easy to purchase, quick delivery etc however, the thin line pads for the thinline headcollar are an absolute rip off. £35 for 3 small pieces of neoprene is an absolute joke. Thin line ought to be ashamed of themselves charging that much. Disgusting
