I would highly recommend this company.

I had been searching for an electric wheelchair for over a year. I had very specific needs, but was quite apprehensive about spending so much money in case I made the wrong decision.

Michael put my mind at rest. He was so kind and patient and I now have just what I needed. Once I'd made my decision, delivery was really quick; I was very impressed.

I contacted Compact Mobility late last year asking if there was anyway of sorting out a payment agreement we could do which meant we didnt have to take out credit from PayPal - they got back to me and we agreed on monthly payments but of course not receiving my chair until paid. They were with me every step of the way and answered my emails very promptly. I got my new chair about a week or so ago and its changed my life it means i can get out a lot easier compaired to using my old chair that would die after an hour or so of use!! Will definitely be coming back again to Compact Mobility in the future

P.s. I have a 15 year old Suzuki alto which is a fairly small car and I was able to get my iFold 45 into the boot so if you want some photos to show it in the boot of my car incase others need to know if it will fit in smaller cars just let me know and I will send you the photos 😁

I have had my chair from Compact Mobility for several months now. I wanted to see how it performed under different conditions before I reviewed it.

Lynn and Mike have been totally fantastic during the whole process! They went way beyond the level of service I could hope for. They brought a chair for me to try from almost the other end of the country! There was no pressure at all to buy, just a desire for me to ensure the chair would suit my needs. They both answered my endless questions, patiently and professionally. They responded to all my texts and messages, very quickly, even out of business hours. What a great company to deal with!

My chair has allowed me to have the freedom to shop and travel as I wish. It fits nicely in the car boot. It has been on a cruise and handled, carpets, rough pavements, grass and gang planks!

In daily life, it lets me get around shops that were impossible when using my mobility scooter. I can get close to shelves, I can turn 360 degrees with no need for a 3 point turn. I have even been able to drive into a lift, spin around and drive out again facing the right direction!

Once charged, the chair just keeps on going. Despite using it to explore abroad, the chair has only needed charging a few times. And charging is a simple process when it is needed.

I am very impressed with this company. Everyone we met and spoke to on the phone was extremely helpful. Terry and Tracy drove a long way to give us a demonstration of the wheelchair but did not put pressure on us to buy it. We did make the purchase and are glad that we did.

Excellent service. Great communication and I appreciated the fact that your company met with me even although I was located in Scotland. The compromise of meeting at a suitable location about mid distance from our locations was wonderful. The wheelchair met and exceeded our expectations.

Definitely recommend the iFold45. Great servuce, lovely people & fantastic products. After a long search for the right chair, I have finally found it, very comfortable, twin batteries so can go that bit further & easy to operate it's everything they said it would be.

Everything explained in detailed with no pressure to purchase. If a question was asked that the answer wasn’t known, then the answer was found.

Have been using my ifold45 for a couple of months now and am very happy with it.
Have taken it on a cruise and it went everywhere I needed, on and off the ship, managing low kerbs, steep slopes, cobbled streets and in and out of the lifts onboard.
Mike at compact mobility was so helpful and answered any questions we had, before purchase and after.
Very happy with my purchase and would recommend to anyone.

Couldn't ask for better service. Very accommodating regarding free demos with no pressure to buy. However I did buy a chair from here and it was the best decision ever, can't praise them enough

A very friendly & helpful team, I would definitely recommend this Company & their products. I have purchased a wheelchair (which I am extremely happy with), I have since revisited to purchase some accessorises, some of these are universal so can also be used on other chairs which is a bonus.
