It's a good practice to open up your laptop and follow the cleaning process at least every three to six months. If you notice that your system has a significant level of dust and hair present the first time you clean it, more frequent cleaning is in order.

Only downside was that they requested a review in order to get my computer back. I wish they would only suggest leaving a review (which I was already very willing to give following their great service), instead of taking it as a condition to get my device back.

Extremely polite and friendly guys. Always very detailed and thoughtful in communication. They always answered my emails, phone calls and Whatsapp messages very fast and in a positive detailed manner, so I never felt abandoned. Feels like they are trustworthy, which is the most important thing. Prompt and timely laptop pick-up and delivery by a courier for a small reasonable fee. I didn't check my laptop yet but they said they have checked it and everything works now. I hope so much I won't be disappointed.

What they do they do really well and inexpensively but the process was not smooth
My old MacBook has stopped charging. I chose these guys because of the reviews but I was afraid of one thing: that the repair may turn out really expensive, I mean more expensive than the laptop itself (it is pretty old)
That's why I contacted them in advance and they confirmed to me that diagnostics are free and that I won't be charged without my agreement. It was more than enough for me so I start with them.
They come for my laptop very fast (less than two hours), then I received an email that diagnostics is prolonged, and in 2-3 days I got a message that the job was done and an invoice.
The price was good for me but I was very confused they did everything and billed me without my agreement so I tried to find out if I can reject the repair (to know can I trust them in the future) and it seems like yes. Besides that, they offed me a 5% discount which was kind. So I agreed with the repair and received (again quickly) my laptop.
And it was the end of the first part of two.
The next day I noticed that something is knocking in the back cover when I shaking my laptop. A few days later I wrote them again and asked if they ready to fix it for free. And they were, they came and fix it.
Total: I had to spend much more time than I would like to but my laptop is working again and everything I could blame them was fixed for free.

Diagnosis was explained that the motherboard had shortered and required repair. This required systematically testing each component on the main board. As you can appreciate this is a intensive process and requires more than a standard 24hr period.
This was made very clear in all email communications keeping you updated with the process.
When repairing a motherboard sometimes you are required to attempt a repair to first know if it's successful or not. Therefore, on this occasion a repair was completed but it would appear that you would rather for us to not have attempted any repairs.
The additional issue that we repaired FOC was not as a result of any works we had completed. The rubber grommet that sits across one of the fans had worn loose, likely due to age of the laptop. We have reattached on site this at no additional cost.
As you must appreciate we have to account for all engineers time. They are continuing to operate during an uncertain time. Demands are higher than before and all engineers working remotely offering the same high level service we believe with additional discounts and FOC services should demonstrate our commitment to excellence.
