Hefin (Harries) from PC Resq performed a miracle for us, transforming a chaotic computer full of multi-files into a wonderfully organised work tool. He did the same for our lap top. We are delighted to have fund someone locally that can help when necessary.

Hefin was brilliant - I through all our families devices at him and he updated them all, advised on some additional products and left us running smoothly again - thoroughly recommend his services.

My computer was crashed by a piece of software I was trying to enable and needed a complete factory reset - losing my apps and some of my data. I am very busy and like many others need the computer for my life to continue. Hefin was able to login remotely and help me restore the system in a very timely fashion - and indeed to make some improvements to my setup. For this, I am very grateful. It helped no end getting over this stressful time and getting my life back on track.

Really liked the sound of the company advert when I searched for PC help as this was all I had to go on. The wording struck a chord with my needs.
I opted for a home visit. My experience was pleasant and I was made to feel at ease despite me feeling overwhelmed with my lack of tech knowledge and the many problems I was facing that I couldn’t fathom out myself.
I was advised and consulted along the way and decisions were made together as to what was best for my needs. Empathy and patience was shown and I felt secure during the sort out.
Going forwards I trust the company and recommend them.

Great fast response with next day visit and problem diagnosed immediately as a faulty hard drive which was replaced at the time. My pc system was installed by Heffin last year. He made sure that it would meet my needs and that I understood the running systems. Back up and tuition has always been readily and promptly available. I recently had a software issue that was giving me problems and he swiftly sorted it remotely, whilst talking to me on the phone with explanations. My digital skills are few and he is amazingly tolerant and very clear with all help. Thank you.

The response to my phone call was prompt; an appointment was made and kept to the schedule promised. Hefin Harries was knowledgeable, helpful and patient. My software problem was resolved and I was completely satisfied with the service provided.

It was good to find a human being to talk to about my problems arising from a lack of understanding of the software. Major companies no longer have a phone and simply refer you to help sheets which are incomprehensible to a non-technician.

I will use the company again if needed.

I had a problem on my PC which I struggled with all day. I then looked for a company that would do remote support and chose PC Resq based on their reviews. Hefin called me back 30 minutes after my initial call. We spoke for about 5 minutes and he suggested a fix which worked. They didn't charge me anything. It will most definitely be the first number I will call next time I have an issue.
