They use ziuzier.com same it's a scam please don't by from them!! Shipped the wrong item very cheap dress while they offering higher quality on their website.

Sold me a dress that does not look like the picture. Ask to return it. Cost me to $34.00 to return it. It took 6 months for the dress to come back to me from China. They said they would refund me when the dress got to them. They gave me a bogus return address in China. Very disappointed with this company. I will not give them my business.
Customer service sucks. The email they have creates a bounce back.

If i can give a zero review i would i ordered two dresses last December i was depressed and unfortunately didn’t try them on. They both look absolutely stunning on the website site. Today I tried both on for tomorrow (nye) and both look nothing like the pictures complete waste of money horrible the worst money i ever spent on a dress. And its not cheap i can’t believe this still in business!

Horrible service and quality. This business is a scam. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING. None of my dresses look anything like the website. They took forever to arrive and now I have no way to contact them to return the items. The email is "full" and can't receive anymore emails. The customer service number does not work either.

Do not buy from this company! They are scammers. The product looks nothing like the pictures. The quality is so cheap and thin and absolutely horrible. They make you jump through hoops to return the item. You pay for your own shipping and then on top of all that when I did return the items, they kept saying they hadn’t received it. The product returned back to me 6 months later!! When I reached out saying I think I was given the wrong return address, they replied saying it’s the correct address. I don’t know if they refused the package or what but I ended up throwing away all 3 dresses I bought which cost me $300! That’s how horrible they were. I will never buy expensive dresses from China again. I’m furious!

This is a Zero Star company. Comstrilly is a scam. I got a dress completely different from what they advertised and when I complaint they offered me 10%. We need to report them to the FBI. These are cheap prices and they are scamming lots of people out of their hard earned money!

Listen these scammers don’t even deserve a 1 NONE of there items look like the pic it look like a 2 year old made it and the. They argue with you about refunds luckily i paid with PayPal i was able to get my money back

I've been getting calls about their packages for a month now， then I found this website，turns out they stole my phone number as a customer service number!

I would advise people to stay away from this company. They are a scam.

Firstly, the clothes that arrived looked nothing like the photos on the website. The quality is very cheap, they were poorly made, and the designs were a little different.

It was extremely difficult requesting a refund and there was a lot of back and forth. It says on their website that we can request a refund, however, they made it very difficult for me.

Eventually, they said I had to pay for postage to send the clothes to China. However, when I sent the clothes back, with the receipt for the tracking number, they said they did not receive it.

I don't trust this company, and I hope that people will avoid making the same mistake and save their money for better quality clothes and legitimate companies that run an honest business.

DO NOT order from this site!!! Your order will take over a month to arrive. What you see online and what you get are not the same... I have been going back and forth with customer service trying to get a address to return the trash they sent me. They still javelin not provide a valid mailing address. As there website states returns/ exchanges are easy THAT IS A LIE!!! I attempted to return the item and it came back undeliverable. Again they still have not provided a return mailing address so I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. I also advise the rep I was going to do so. She tried to offer me a 10% compensation and advise I keep the item. This is totally unacceptable!!! Do not order from them!!!

It’s a scam. What these sites (and similar pop up sites) do is steal photos to use, sell you on the product they don’t have bc it’s stolen photos, then send you the item. Because they use PayPal or other similar methods of payment, the payment provider will force you to go through a lengthy and cumbersome process to dispute. Then Comstrilly offers a partial refund as a way to get half the money out of you and you feel like you at least get something back when their item cost $0.50 to make and it’s obvious when you “receive” the item bc it’s literally a piece of random cloth.

By the way, you don’t have to ever accept the resolution. Push forward with the payment providers that these are scams to get money out of you. Refuse to back down. They also use spoof emails etc. I canceled the item immediately after placing an order by their customer service email bc something looked fishy. There was no order confirmation until I got a PayPal confirmation of payment and when I try to contact the company, the email always bounces. Part of me knew what was going to happen but I was ok to test and confirm for myself how they operate. I want to expose these sites.

If it looks too good to be true on pricing with these “pop up” sites( that’s probably the rule you should use when online shopping.

If you are in the US and have been defrauded by this website, please report them to the FTC so we can get them shut down in the US.

I bought an item from Comstrilly and it did not match the product image in materials, quality, design, cut, and fit. It was a total "catfish" and there was no way to return the item and no way to get a refund. This website is a scam and I reported them to my credit card and the FTC.

DO NOT BUY! Scam, they try to keep your money and it is so cheap and flimsy! Returned product as it says on site and they are trying to say do not have when I can see from tracking they do. Submitted case with PayPal to get money and they asked me to cancel. Rip off!!!

I bought 1000 dollars of dresses. I only bought from them because their website says 100 percent refunds and returns are accepted. The website just lures you in like a fish on a hook with beautiful models from other websites. That is so false representation.I wanted to keep one dress as the winner and send back the others. Well, What came was a box of torn up Halloween outfits and rags ?? Clothes only a child from elementary school would make. It was all glued,stapled and not sewn together. No labels, no tags on garments. The entire box and bag was full of glue, plastic, rags and loose fallen sequins. I WAS MORTIFIED!! It was a joke on me!! They had stolen my money. I’m with no dress.Now they have my money and credit card information.
They would not allow me to return. They would not allow me a refund. What they offered was 10 percent on a future order.

This site is terrible the quality of the cloth was vile I spent £178 and the dirty gets wound not refund me a penny!
Looked like someone had litrally put glue on a curtain and used glitter on it. The dresses I ordered looked amazing online but omg when they came everyone was ashow…. Please DO NOT ORDER FROM THERES HORRIBLE PEOPLE! Plus it’s made in chine takes about 2 months to arrive. They need shutting down. Tried to email them again but they have blocked my email or think they may of changed their customer service email.

DO NOT make the mistake to purchase from this people. It’s a total scam. It’s so sad they haven’t been shut down yet. Paid extra for fast shipping and it got to me after a month and a half. When I got the dresses they were horrendous, nothing like the pictures I mean what a fraud. Sent them back for a refund and it’s been 4 and a half months but I would use my social media platforms to bash them for life and prevent other poor people get scammed by them.

Buyer Be Ware! Do not order from this website! It is a total Rip-Off!! I made the mistake of purchasing a pair of boots and they looked and smelled so bad that I tossed them in the trash! They were CHEAP and CRAPPY looking and not even close to being worth the price I paid for them!

This is a terrible site to order from! First, I received my order weeks later, and when I opened it, it was nothing like the picture shown on the web. The dress I received was low quality! I have been emailing back and forth with them to get the return address, but they will not give it to me. Instead, they would like to give me 10-20%, but there is no way I will ever be wearing this dress! This Comstrilly site should be taken down ASAP!
