Fixing a mistake
Sadly the item I ordered was not available leading to some initial delay and confusion over when and where I would get my delivery.
That said the customer service response was exemplary. They dealt with the issue with honesty and such a kind approach that rather then put me off ordering from them in future it’s encouraged me to continue to buy from them and support the company. These are the kinds of people we should be supporting as consumers in my opinion. And I wish them every success in the future.

J’ai fais une commande il y a plusieurs mois (numéro 586269). Je n’ai jamais reçu la commande et quand j’ai envoyé des mails pour expliquer la situation. Personne ne souhaite réexpédier la commande car sur le site de GLS, c’est indiqué que je l’ai reçu.
Terrible Customer Support
Clothes are great and made from great quality. Their designs are awesome and I love how affordable the shirts and hoodies can be. Lately though my orders were delayed by weeks and not delivered on the promised date. I reached out to customer support for an update on my most recent order and they literally just closed my support ticket and did not give a reason or explanation. I only got an email that said to leave them a review so here I am leaving them one. Whoever is working for customer support needs to be let go. Especially the Samantha lady who did not help me and just closed my ticket. Noticed to that all the recent reviews were about customer support so at least I know I’m not the only one but the company needs to redo their customer support because I wouldn’t recommend this brand to a friend if it continues like this. What’s sad to is that I would have given a 5 star review if it wasn’t for the customer service I received.
Don’t order from them
Don’t order from them. They cancel orders. And gave no legitimate reason why and won’t help reorder items that are now sold out. So my son’s gifts are now sold out. Ordered Friday received two confirmation emails. And Monday received an email saying order was canceled. Emailed company received a nasty email saying my account was flagged as fraud. Two days later ?? Credit card and shipping name and address the same. Used same address and card on previous order and credit card reports they didn’t flag it. They sent a nasty email and in that email they didn’t even attempt to rectify the situation. Very sarcastic emails from customer service condescending and rude.

This product I bought was not true to size as advertised and runs small. Since it was on sale it cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund or even store credit. I will not be shopping from here again!

Cant order from the site, and no support.
I have been unable to place an order on the site. Every attempt results in an automatic refund. Trying to get in touch with customer service has been impossible. I waited over 5 hours in the live chat without a response, and I have sent 3 emails without any reply. It has now been a full week with no communication from the company. At this point, I can’t tell if this is a scam or just complete neglect of customers, but either way, it gives the impression that they simply don’t care.
AWFUL customer service
AWFUL customer service. My GF bought me a bomber jacket as an gift, but when we opened it we realized one of patches was ripped and one of the sleeves was sewed incorrectly so you can’t really get your arm through. Customer Service said they wouldn’t do anything since it has been 30 days since delivery, despite the fact that it was a gift and the product was in new condition (other than the defects that came with the jacket). Will never buy anything from them again.
Used to be good, quality went down significantly
They were good when everything was made in the USA. Last drop I got was from the one piece collaboration. The nami hoodie I got was made in Pakistan. Absolute trash, design is falling apart after a month and I hang dryed every time. Don’t even get me started on the comfort, it’s night and day compared to my DBZ hoodie. Terrible. Will not be buying again unless guaranteed made in USA.
International buyers beware
After a week, my entire order was cancelled by Hypland except for the impulse sale tshirt I thought I'd add on as it’s only £4
However they are still charging the full delivery fee which is 2.5x more than the tshirt is worth & are refusing to fully cancel the order despite getting in touch with them within an hour of them notifying me they cannot fulfil my order
Would not recommend - Stay away!
Great clothes but poor service
Ordered mid November and waiting 1 month with no shipment of order (the item wasn’t pre-order). Asked for an update and was told it would be shipped a few days later. Waited another 2 weeks and asked for another update and was told it would ship a few days later…? Wait until after Xmas and asked for another update and was told my order went un-noticed and would ship start of Jan. (which didn’t make sense due to my prior email interactions). Finally got my item 22nd of January (2.5 months after ordering when they state a 10 day dispatch window). The clothes are really great however, I think service needs to heavily improve to give anymore than a 2 star rating. I would order again but other buyers beware you may be waiting a LONG time for arrival and I’ve been seeing a lot of other reviews stating people aren’t even getting their items as of recent. So beware for now and only order through PayPal.
PURCHASE AT YOUR OWN RISK
Missing one item from my order for them to offer to send me a new one or a refund, then randomly stopped responding. Ignored my emails for 2 months without receiving as much as an apology let alone the promised missing item / refund. Horrible customer service and shameful/shady business practices. I suggest anyone having issues go file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB)
1 month later item still not here
Had to wait a whole month just for my item (which was in stock, no pre-order) to even be shipped, still haven't gotten it. I have emailed them repeatedly and they are ignoring me.

If I could give a zero I would….COMPLETE SCAMMERS. Tried to exchange a sweater and they MADE MY ACCT ZERO DOLLARS by trying to “verify” my address 😔🤦🏻♀️ reported to BBB. I would NEVER order from this company
Great items, poor customer experience/shipping times
I like their items, but super delayed shipping times. I ordered something the first week of October and a month later and it still isn’t here with no ETA or status update outside of “you’ll get it when we send it…”
They sent something right after I ordered saying shipping would be delayed by 2 or 3 weeks. It’s been almost 5 and the only update since then was a non-update when I reached out to ask where my order was. Again, the items themselves are really good - super high quality but their shipping procedures & customer updates are awful so I’ll hesitate before giving them my money in the future.

They have the best quality T-Shirts! I receive compliments every time that I wear them. They also last longer than any of the other shirts I own. I wish I knew who their supplier was because I would love to have plain t-shirts for work (That is how good the quality is!)

Love the brand. One my own top brands of clothing, the quality and comfortability is beyond perfect. From the sweaters, hoodies, sweatpants , scarfs, sherpas….etc. my whole family loves them.
