Concord Commission Advance Reviews

The team at Concord are fast, thorough, and work with your situation. I’ve found them fair and completely honest. An easy and effective way to handle the timing issues that can arise in the occasional hiccup of a delayed closing. Easily accessible and responsive. Do business with complete confidence!

This company is more reasonably priced than the other popular company. Very quick- same day wire is very typical. My go-to company when I need the advance. Thank You

Concord is an amazing
company to work with.

Top quality service, attention to detail and professional. Easy to work with them

I am a full time realtor and have always used Concord Advance. They are highly professional, and extremely proficient team. Documents are sent on a timely manner and funds in my account asap with no hesitation. My kudos to Jake and his team. I will always use Concord Advance for my needs.

As a broker-owner, I’ve now had two separate experiences where I was approved for an advance on a property, only to be told after the fact that it was actually for a different deal. Both times, the title companies involved were in conflict, creating confusion and delays. In the end, I paid for an advance I didn’t even get to use—for less than five days—twice.

This company lacks transparency and coordination. I wish I could leave a better review, but both experiences were a waste of money and time.

Easy to work with, quick turnaround, and very professional. :)

Fast, easy, and convenient. Nothing is free obviously but their fee is fare for the service you’re receiving.

I love everyone at Concord Advance.Very courteous, kind and just amazing.

I’ve used Concord Commission advance on multiple occasions. Not only do they have the best rates, there are customer service is unmatched. Would never hesitate to recommend them.

This is my second time using them and they are awesome! The team is very friendly and helpful. The fee they charge to advance your commission is more than reasonable and the process to get it is very smooth. I highly recommend them!

This was my first time trying a service like Concord Commission Advance. Jake and Cam explained the process and made this so simple. I’d highly recommend speaking with them if you’re ever considering a commission advance.

They answered all of my questions quickly, approved my request the same day and had funds in my account by the afternoon. I found Concord to be a very professional and a trusted service. Used them twice now and was able to get an advance same day and following business day. I’m happy with their fee as well. They provide an important service. Will continue to use them as needed. Thanks!
