Darrin and Jayne Seppinni were extremely responsive and helpful. They helped me get out of a bad loan I had on a property. They worked me on refinancing the building. There was not a time I ever felt blown off or that they were not available to help me.
I am now hoping they can continue to work with me on purchasing another property.

Jayne, Darrin and Sherrie were great throughout the process keeping me informed and working through various hiccups along the way that were unique to my situation. They were honest and up front about all the details from the start and had very competitive rates, as good as or better than the many other lenders I talked to for my bank statement loan.

We have a beachfront investment property in Florida which we purchased utilizing a 24-month bridge loan to move quickly on the purchase. After significant upgrades and improvements, we were desirous of putting in place a long-term mortgage at market rates and terms. I reached out to Home Life Mortgage and spoke to Darrin Seppinni. After several discussions of the property and its income producing capability, Darrin suggested a No Doc DSCR loan. We are extremely pleased and satisfied with the rate and term of the facility he was able to secure for us. As the property appraised well, it lacked seasoning and income production history, however Home Life secured several exceptions with the chosen lender which allowed this transaction to fund efficiently and on time. I cannot say enough good things about Team Home Life! Darrin, Jayne, and Sherrie have been fantastic to work with. I will, and already have, recommended working with them to friends and family, and also two that are very much involved with investment properties.
