It was good until your third party title company missed the deadline for several days, and I had to go ahead and pay vendors from my own cash without reimbursment, so much of the loan I had to pay service fees to get, I no longer need, so it has been money losing option..I would have done better with a hard money lendor with higher interest than the money I am effectively losing by choosing the "convenient", lower interest Kiavi option.

I'm an institutional investor and real estate broker... I've used plenty of hard money lenders in the past. All have not been that great but kiavi is the best that I've done business with and I have been impressed overall. Shout out to my account manager Kristin, she knows her stuff and really helps when I/they need it. To many more loans!
