Consistent Quality and Deliveries.
I was so sick and tired of my local supermarket running out of pads for days at a time, so it was a relief when discovered and joined 'the Club'. They were so understanding. Good quality pads and reliable deliveries.

Hi there, We're so thrilled to have you part of our "Club! :)
Thank you for your wonderful feedback.
Extremely slow delivery
Extremely slow delivery, a week on express delivery, unacceptable. Unusual for confidence club Par for the course for Evril. Not sure I will rely on Confidence Club for future urgent deliveries unless they change couriers. Customer care did all they could to help but were limited by the performance of Evri.

Hi there, thank you for the feedback and we're very sorry that the delivery process was slow and didn't meet the expectations for express.
We are passing on all of this feedback to our courier partner and looking at ways to avoid this in the future.

Thanks for the great review. We're glad to hear that these have worked well for your little one!
Best by far!
We have tried many pull ups/incontinence nappies and have found they all leak or feel very plasticky. However these are the best by far as they don’t leak and have the seal of approval for comfort from both children!

Thank you for your fantastic review - we really apprecaite it
The customer service is second to none
The customer service is second to none, I ordered one day and it often gets delivered next day, the Dailee pants are of good quality, and have great capacity to hold a lot of liquid, with a little leak issue the first time used, but this was dealt with very quickly by customer service, and some sound advice. The products are much more economical than off the shelf supermarket products. Definitely recommend this company for all your incontinence needs.

Superb product, buy with Confidence
Total confidence using these boosters, you can layer up 2 for nighttime or longer journeys, I have tried many brands over the last 6 months , I loved how thin they are yet super absorbant. I was impressed by the dry cover, 2 mins test with a paper towel , 100% dry!, preventing skin rashes on delicate skin. Superb Performance + promoting Dignity. Packaging has all the information giving me an informed choice, I highly recommend to all ages, female or male. Great deals with n Amazon + affordable. Thank you

Thank you so much for the kind review! We're glad you've benefited from our products :)
Excellent Company!
I've used Confidence Club for a while now for nappies for my son with special needs. They always despatch quickly and the products are great and cost less than other similar products.
Their customer service is fantastic. After Evri had failed to deliver and it was impossible to talk to a human, I called CC to see if they could track it down, and they immediately sent out a replacement despite it being the fault of Evri. I would highly recommend this company.
Also, the discounts I receive occasionally are very generous and a huge help. 10/10!

Hi Mrs Thomas we sincerly apologise for this. It should not happen. Please can you contact our Customer Support Team directly and perhaps show them photos of what you received. All cartons and satchels should be securely sealed. We will use your feedback to help retrain the warehouse staff if necessary. If the carton was damaged in transit which revealed the contents we will take that up with the courier company. Thanks for your business, we do appreciate the opportunity to be of service to you
