So far everything has been working as it should and I have not run into many problems.

I mainly just use it to clock in and out of, as we have another software we use for scheduling and things like that. But overall a cool app.

It’s a great platform that is easy to customize, but has the needed functionality out of the box. My employees use it to clock in and clock out to switch shifts with each other and because they’re using it then I can be confident they’re getting the updates that we’re sending and the messages that make it a community communication platform.

It was easy to navigate and provided the information needed.

Easy to use and user-friendly!

From the very beginning it was a very fast and easy setup. The staff love how simple it is to use, and I save a bunch of time when I have to submit payroll.

The product works. Its also a great fit for our team as we are only 6 people, you really can't beat free!
As we grow we will most likely stick with connecteam.
The admin side is straighforward, and almost every feature i've wanted it has. Even some features i didnt know i wanted.

Relatively new to Connecteam but as a hotelier, am really impressed with its functionality and ability to manage staff and taskings in one app. Intuitive and easy to use. Impressed thus far!

Overall Connecteam works great! The main issues are trying to capture issues and fixing them moving forward. We seem to be hit and miss with the fixes or the ability to quickly make simple changes.

Example: Giving someone permission to see timesheets for all of the employees instead of just a few employees. I am still working on this issue.

The rest of the applications seem to be working well and are able to be corrected once and done.

The pricing is a bit misleading as you really can't run a schedule without having the full pricing model activated. The low offer is what draws you in but really you have to upgrade to the full system to get even the most basic functions. At a monthly rate, it's hard to get customer support as none is provided with this level. Our experience has been good with the app and it works in our setting. If I hadn't invested so much time setting it up, I would have went back to cross compare pricing with different offers that may have been higher up front but compared more to the level we ended up buying and may have offered more support. The team is good to talk to around options and usually pretty flexible.

Our team has been using Connect Team for about 4 months, and are very satisfied with the platform so far. In my role as a payroll processor, I primarily make entries for time off and download timesheets for payroll processing. I find the platform very easy to use, and it was the most affordable software we found for our small team.

The experience started off great but we are still not properly trained on how to use all of connecteams features and it's stalled our implementation to our team.

Intuitive platform with immediate results once team was shown how to use it one time.

The introductory and training session did a great job of introducing the different ways to navigate the system and use its features for scheduling and messaging. Both components are crucial for scheduling the concierge teams at the different properties. The staff seems to be taking to the system quickly and smoothly.

I like how the schedule and clocking in is in one spot. Only thing I wish it had was a spot to submit for time off (date, how many days & reason for request)

Extremely useful and delivers as promised, couldn't recommend more.
