Great platform. Love all the capabilities in the platform. App is relatively easy to use for employees . Would and have recommended to others.I would have given 5 starts except the manager functions are a little cumbersome and too many features can't be done on the app. Would like to see better app development for employer side.

The app is generally quite easy to use but is complicated in certain aspects where there is almost too many options.

Extremely simple to use and navigate. It was very easy to get the team setup and for them to immediately start to use. The reports are very straightforward, and the automated emails with the weekly details are incredibly helpful.

Connecteam makes using their software super easy. I love that each section has a tutorial video available. I also love referring smaller businesses that I work with to Connecteam so that can enjoy a free account while growing their businesses! I love that there are so many integrations with other software and that they cover so many things (like scheduling, timesheets, time off requests, documentation, etc) that small businesses need to be compliant, successful and organized.

Connecteam is a life saver! Once trained it's a very easy system to operate. It made my job 100% easier and my teammates love it! Scheduling job, clocking in/out, and much more is now organized and made into one shared vision.

Good and very powerful, but you need to spend time in order to learn the app.

Connect team offers great timesheet reporting. Using the timesheet data, I was able to prepare a grey summary of the employee's hours.

I find the connection to QBO payroll somewhat good. It does sync the hours over, but it lumps them all into regular time, including hours that should be considered overtime.

My company is new to Connecteam. So far everything has been great and a breath of fresh air from the previous system we were using. User friendly and easy to use! Happy we made the switch.
