Easy to set up, create schedules, and request shift replacements. The multiple chat feature is great. Good for payroll tracking. The clock in/out feature is nice but would like the ability for users to enter hours at the end of shift rather than having to request approval. It makes a lot of extra notifications. Also a setting to show payroll hours in decimal form rather than hours and minutes would match payroll programs better (ie. 1.5 hours vs 1:30). Overall a very handy app!

Good Roster and tracking app, but the notifications did not work well when you have more than 1 company. It did not give you a buzz when someone send you msg if you are not in right company profile.

Overall, Connecteam is easy to use. There are a few small features that would be improved, but it is user friendly. We don't have the highest level of Connecteam, but a lower tier. That may play a part in it.

It's a quick and easy-to-use scheduler and, more important time clock that also syncs with our payroll platform. As a small no-profit business, this is essential for us!

We appreciate how easy it is for our staff members to clock in and out, edit their shifts if they make a mistake, and add notes or questions. When I process paychecks at the end of the month, I love how easy it is to find the report I need.

Connecteam is a great program for our Remodeling company.

Everything is great except for the additional charges every time you want to do more in the app. Also time off should automatically keep up with the earned amount minus time used. It would also be great for an employee to be able to cancel a time off request or change the date and the time off balances reflect this.

I'd recommend it if you are growing a small team or need to start coordinating your team beyond multiple messages and spreadsheets. Easy to schedule in breaks, create templates for your recurring schedules, and communicate updates to the team in one fell swoop.

Connecteam works great for what we use it for! It seems a little hard to learn, but I also haven't put in the time to learn the whole system because we only use the time clock feature.
