They helped me negotiate the ups and downs of buying and selling. This service was given freely from their own time. I found them highly supportive, personable, friendly and invaluable. Furthermore, the they were dedicated to all elements of my mortgage ensuring I did not waste many, many hours on the phone to lenders providing meagre offers. The advisor appeared to have special powers to rapidly acquire a great deal and lighting fast offer. When they told me the cost, I was taken aback by value I had received. Highly recommended.

A really great experience from start to finish. Connect Mortgages found a great mortgage and solicitors, provided regular updates and kept chasing up both the lender and the solicitors through the whole application process right up to completion. I was researching my own mortgages and solicitors to compare with those that Connect provided and they found better deals. A diligent and professional team.

Tom was an absolute star throughout a very difficult application for Bridging Finance. He was at the end of a phone or email whenever I needed him, he was 100% on our side when things got tricky and he went out of his way to ensure we had all the information we needed. The process took us a total of 5 months to complete due to the finance company asking for more and more information which really started to take its toll. Tom kept intouch with us at all times, updating us with even the smallest thing and ensuring that we knew where we stood in regards to developments. He has taken frustrated emails from us and been completely understanding where some may not have been! Thank you Tom for everything youve done to get us to the finish line! You really are a star!

I had been told how stressful getting a mortgage can be but I honestly felt so relaxed with Paul Crow looking after us! He was incredibly professional and helped us understand everything without over complicating it and helped us understand the jargon that solicitors spoke.
