I first contacted Proper advice mortgages after seeing it advertised and was the best thing I ever did, The service and the experience was excellent! They guided you through the whole thing from start to finish and was completed in a timely manner. Michael who I first spoke to was very professional and explained what would happen on all the stages of the re mortgage. Then Nina took over who was very customer friendly and kept in touch throughout the whole experience.
I would recommend using this company for all your mortgage needs and give them 6 stars if trust pilot would allow. Well done Proper Advice.
