Excellent service from initial contact to completion of mortgage. Very friendly and I was kept informed with frequent phone calls from Nina throughout the process, even through the Xmas break. Would highly recommend.

Michael and Nina were fantastic and made the whole process easy and stress free. I spent 2 hours on the phone to Halifax answering silly questions previously and got no where, a quick 20 min phone call with Michael and Proper advice handled the rest. Re mortgaging can be a minefield
There were times I was a little but lost in the process but Nina was on hand to put things in to layman's terms to help with my understanding.

Communication was excellent throughout the whole process even during holiday periods and staff changeovers (due to maternity leave) I felt the handovers were excellent so it meant I never had to chase or start a conversation again with somebody new as everyone was up to speed on my case before speaking to me.
