No clear details on cancellation fees that occur, even when a transaction hasn't taken place yet, so if nothing in effect happens with the transaction they will incur fees. When contacting customer service, they simply say it's buried in our terms and conditions even when transactions are not executed yet there will be fees charged. Also when cancelling a non-executed transaction, there is no information that you will be charged fees directly, it just let's you cancel and afterwards sends you the transaction fees, they don't even inform you how high the cancellation fee will be. And it's very high, for example Euro 74K they charged me with a Euro 498.44 fee! This amount is a complete surprise. Also when you start the exchange there is no mention of fees, it actually says Conotoxia doesn't charge fees everywhere, only that your external bank might incur fees. Stay away. If they honestly show fees that will be incurred if you click the cancel button, you are clearly aware, but no, they make it unclear so they can cash in on you.

Customer service problems. !!! Most inefficient customer service i experienced in life. Forget about having 1 dedicated person in account opening process like other serious companies have.
what i found over 1 month communication with conotoxia that you don't have access to person who check your documents. All emails is forwarded via low quality customer service workers who dont have basic logic. And you receive same email every second day from another person while the last dont answer your question.

Sehr schlechte Bank , hab mich wie üblich angemeldet , hab es 2-3 Monate ohne Probleme im Alltag genutzt wie Einkäufe / Geld abheben. Seit 2 Wochen ungefähr ist mein Konto gesperrt renne es hinter das es wieder entsperrt sie wollten von mein Vater eine Adresse Bestätigung ich hab eine Telefon Rechnung sowie Bankauszug gesendet. Leider laut den Conotoxia Support Team meinten sie ich hab mich nicht verifiziert bzw. Nicht genug geliefert und mein Konto ist immer noch gesperrt. Lasst eure Finger davon ihr habt dadurch kein Mehrwert.

Really good bank with all the services you need

Very Bad Bank i was there like around 3 months and today the 14.11.2023 they blocked my account for no reason, the support dont help and i feel bad becuase i have on my account some cash and now i can pay my stuff like food and clothing that i always order online with conotoxia.

Money transfere/payment service that works also with fradulent companies and fraud scheemes. Stay away from all payments connected with this company.

Very bad bank. They should rather not be available on App Store or googled. They block your account without you even opening. The customer service are too lazy to reply. Worst bank in Poland

I recently had a disappointing experience with Conotoxia.

Firstly, their customer support team was extremely slow to respond to my inquiries, and it took several days before I received any assistance. This delay in response was frustrating, and I felt that my concerns were not being given the attention they deserved.

Furthermore, I attempted to open an account with Conotoxia, but was denied for no apparent reason. Despite repeated attempts to get clarification on the reason for the denial, I was not given a satisfactory explanation and was left feeling frustrated and disappointed.

Overall, my experience with Conotoxia has left me feeling unsatisfied and discouraged. While the platform offers a range of financial services, their slow support response and lack of transparency in their account approval process make it difficult for customers to trust and use their services.

I hope that Conotoxia takes steps to improve their customer support and account approval processes in the future, in order to provide a more positive experience for their customers.

I really don't recommend to anyone to use their services. Very bad experience, racist team, they blocked me without any notice after I submitted my copy of passport.

I love it, it’s easy and fast to send/recieve payments, they’re currency exchange has really nice rates. It’s easy to use, they’re design is awesome, i ordered card from then and its kinda cheaply made, it doesn’t have the best feeling, but i still like it, and you can get only digital card for free if you want. Top up/withdraw to card/account are instant. I haven’t tried withdrawing to bank, but I don’t think there would be any problem. Anyways this review is getting longer and longer and I haven’t even said much. I can definitely recommend Conotoxia to anyone, I already did to my friends and they love it as well. So keep up the good work Conotoxia team, and thanks for doing what you’ve done.
