We are extremely pleased with the work done to our conservatory by the conservatorroofexperts. Our conservatory has looks stunning, we have a set of new lights embedded in the roof structure and we can already feel the difference with how warm it became. Brilliant work delivered by the team, good communication with the head office, so we knew exactly how to plan the our week ahead. Thank you for your professionalism.

Fitter turned up on time, was very pleasant and did a brilliant job.

The original salesman who visited us was very courteous and Covid aware. He explained the whole process but at no time pressured us to go ahead with the installation.

The two fitters arrived a little late but had kept us informed by telephone. The whole job was completed in under three hours with minimal mess and disruption and the end result is great. We had thought that the insulation would be fitted inside the existing batons not below them, consequently the roof is a little lower now, however, my 6' 3" husband can still stand up with room to spare!

The end result is our conservatory now feels more like an additional room and the rain on the roof no longer deafens us!

A fabulous transformation. We can actually use our conservatory now in the winter months without freezing ! Making it my office just got back another room without extending or moving. Win, win

Best purchase of the year so far. Had to make conservatory my office and sitting with heated blanket, gloves, woolly hat & oil heater Was not great & was going to be costly. Straight away I felt the benefit & the noise reduction nearly got me soaked as I had not realised it was actually raining before I walked the dog. I was slightly concerned about loss of light as it’s North facing but actually it’s not that bad. Pretty sure some well placed mirrors can resolve it. The gentleman sent to fit it was great too. Quick, tidy & very polite.

We were extremely pleased with the whole process from start to finish. The conservatory roof looks good and it certainly feels warmer. The sound of the rain was much quieter this morning. Overall an excellent product and good value for money.

The sales person was very good but normal story with old sales tactics has to call manager for extra discount. Ordered in June fitted in July.
The engineer left a massive mess he did not bother to clear his cutting waste and we also had to redecorate the wall.
After countless e mails, text and telephone messages over two months, Amber agreed to send a engineer as the lights they fitted without any consideration to the existing wiring were like the second runway at Heathrow.
However we had to wait for the third engineers just to get one to arrive having taken another three mornings off work waiting. She also refused to get the manager to call us as we did not want to complain on this site. The engineer finally arrived as we had still not received the Electrical Installation Certificate for the electrical fittings. He explained the lights fitted were too big and too many with no consideration to the existing wiring. The bulb holders were also not installed properly- caught in the sound proofing.They refused to pay for the correct lights and advised we had to fit a new switch to reduce the power to the lights. We still find if difficult as we seemed to have been treated so badly without a single sorry or apology from the company. Finally done mid October 2020 nearly four months later. This is the first time we have ever complained on a web site. Why do their good reviews seem to be invited people?

Fitter was polite and did a lovely job of insulated ceiling. I also enjoyed hearing him sing to the radio. He left the Conservatory clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend.

Ok, this company has just proved that great customer service goes a long way. We encountered a problem and needed to cancel, when the right person got involved, the money was returned instantly. Well Done

Your engineer phoned me to let me know what time they would be arriving once here they unloaded and got straight on with the job in all it took 2 hours to complete throughout the installation your engineer answered questions I asked him and explained things to me both engineers were courteous throughout and made sure we was happy with the installation before taking the rest of the money on completion they left leaving my conservatory clean and took all their rubbish with them I am very impressed with your company

As with many people due to COVID 19 we have had to do more and more work from home and used our conservatory as a home office. We looked at a number of solutions to insulate our roof and make it a more functional space and the solution from Conservatory Rook Experts was for us the most elegant and cost-effective solution. Frome the start there was great communication and when the salesperson (Doug) came to talk through our options they approached this with warmth and a non "hard sell" approach which was refreshing and was very respectful of taking necessary COVID precautions. Doug took all the measurements and provided the quote within 24 hours and we were more than happy with the price and went ahead. The only snag was the length of time that we needed to wait for the installation bit understand that the pandemic had affected every walk of life. Communication was excellent and we were kept up to date. On the day of the installation the technician was a little later than planned but rang to advice (no one can prevent traffic). the Install was also handled well, they were efficient and surprisingly quick, and this minimised any disruption to our home and were more than happy with the quality of the work and the overall finish. My only suggestion would be that when fitting the edging strips, this was done with butt joints and while it looked good it would have been aesthetically more pleasing to have mitred joints. The product does exactly what it does on the tin and improved the look and feel of our conservatory making this more of an all year round and all-weather room.

Jason arrived on time, He was pleasant and friendly, He got on with the work, obviously I gave him a couple of hot drinks, He did not take time out to have this but continued to work at the same time, work was completed quickly and looks fantastic.
The temperature is already rising from the 14 decrees to 17 degrees in just 1 hour. no drafts felt. all in all I am well pleased with the work.

Our conservatory roof insulation was installed by a very professional and friendly operative. He left no mess through the whole day and was very polite and courteous. The finished product is amazing. Not only does it look clean and bright but does indeed reduce the sound of heavy rain and outside noise in general. I would highly recommend Conservatory Roof Experts to anybody. Eddie came right on time; he was very efficient, friendly, and courteous - and he did a first rate job.

I am delighted with my 'new' conservatory; and, as I told Eddie, the fact that as soon as he had finished the job the ceiling looked as if it had always been like that was a great testament to Eddie's handiwork.

At all stages, from meeting Mark (Hainsby) for him to assess the job needed and getting his quote, through to completion of the work yesterday, the customer service provided by all has been exemplary.

I had always been unhappy about how hot my conservatory was in summer and unuseable in the winter months because of it was so cold. This Company were extremely efficient, punctual and left the conservatory clean and tidy. Already - installed two days ago - I have noticed the difference in that the temperature is now on a level with that in the adjoining lounge. The cost was affordable and the new ceiling has completely transformed the appearance of the conservatory.

Very happy I now have a nice new room in my house. Fitted by a very professional fitter. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend this company.
