Big up, Shekh Abdul. Great customer service. Platform so far so good, I have only been a user for just under a month, so will come back and update feedback.

Extremely helpful and polite staff helped me with an issue that I partly caused myself by using Cloudflare which caused an issue after I re-directed traffic from outside the UK to my Discogs page. They worked hard and did everything possible to resolve it. The issue is with Cloudflare not allowing their IP address to be truly whitelisted though so when the sync is run it is being blocked by Cloudflare. I will raise this with Cloudflare and see if they can provide a fix for it.

I can't fault the staff at DisConnect though as they were very professional and extra helpful.

Great platform for use interchangeably between different websites.

DisConnect allows me to sync my products between my Shopify site and Discogs whic has helped me both increase sales and keep everything in sync so when a product sells on one, the other gets updated. It's become one of the more valuable tools I've used. Also their support is very responsive and has resolved issues when they've come up!
