I'm a manager in charge of a large site, with renewal of my managerial card due this needed sorting, booking was quick and testing was swift, staff friendly and no issues.

Tutor didn't turn up on the day so lost a days wage and travel.

Once test passed its been over 2 weeks since and I still haven't received my certificate and can't get hold of anybody

Do not use this scam of a company. They will blatantly rip you off, charging twice what the CITB will charge you for a CSCS test and think there doing you a favour when they refund you the full amount. Absolutely disgraceful.

Expensive route to achieve test when you can book direct with CITB.
I also purchased revision book at twice the price that you can buy it on Amazon and have requested a receipt for the book several times now and get no reply.
The course that I booked did occur with out a problem and at the date and time they notified me that it would and that’s a positive.
But after sale service regarding a receipt for the book for my records appears to be not forthcoming.
Mildly annoying and I won’t use them again for any further training courses.

Was charged £65 for a test that should cost £22.50, first realised after visiting official CSCS website that companies like this were charging extortionate fees to book a test. USE THE OFFICIAL CSCS website to book test!!!

I was looking to book a course for a CSCS card. Although dates were provided for courses for me, they didn't suit. I was charged a £10 administration fee for a refund even though I didn't officially book a course. Although they say it's in the terms and conditions, it doesn't state that at the time of booking. I wouldn't recommend this company.

A most efficient process from start to finish and excellent communication when sickness required a date alteration. Many thanks to all concerned.

Got everything arranged and the training went through with a breeze. Myself and 4 of my team attended training at Beckton venue, trainer was professional throughout.

Refused to give full refund although i had requested refund prior to any dates being forwarded to me.Their reply is refund minus £10.00 cancellation fee. How can you cancel a test that hasn't been booked ?.So what they did was shady as hell booked me a test without confirming a date. So they could earn their £10 cancellation fee karma is the queen my friends. CITB ONLY CHARGE £21.00 £22.50 AFTER 01/04/22 GO THERE DO NOT GIVE THESE CROOKS ANY MONEY.
So they have replied to my review what a surprise they say that it’s not us you’ve got the wrong company. Yet the link in your reply takes me straight to your website !!!!! Just a little help for you READ YOUR OWN T&C’s Del Boy !!!

Completely useless, poorly organised and arrogant rip off merchants. Booked a test through them, only to be told on the day that it was in actual fact booked for two days later. Really poor Comms from this company about times and dates etc, and a very confusing/awkward booking process. Cut this company out of the loop and go direct to the construction training industry board authorising body.

Can’t thank this company enough. I’m not one for reviews, but credit where credit is due.. I’ve been in the trade for over 25 years and it’s not getting easier to get on site and just carry on with your work..

Found myself scratching my eyes out getting my tickets up to date but luckily stumbled on these guys who have helped me no end to sort everything out.

Answered every question and plainly laid out what I needed to do with them. A week later I’m all sorted, see you in another 5 years 👍

I recently organised for an employee to get several tests done in order to get their CSCS green card. After completing their tests we realised how short a window we had to get their application processed. The team at constructioncert were so helpful, they chased up the information that I needed and got the application pushed through really quickly so that our employee could go on site for the induction. I was really impressed at their efficiency and communication, would 100% go to them every time as they make the process really easy to complete

I found the whole team at constructioncert extremely easy to deal with, they mapped the whole process out for me and did all the necessary leg work.
I have already recommended them to two of my colleagues

I booked my test fantastic, then downloaded app to practise my supervisors mock test, again brilliant was getting 73 out of 74 in my mock test, done test today and 4 questions out of mock test came up!! Passed my test not impressed!!!

Fantastic service, had to ask a few questions due to covid issues. All questions answered promptly. Would high recommend using construction cert.

Renewed my blue card, needed the touch screen test for the renewal so got in touch with Construction Cert on Monday as I wasn't sure which test I needed. I had a reply within 20 minutes and booked me in for the Wednesday. I passed and applied for the blue card on the same day which arrive in the post this morning, cheers.

DO NOT USE CONSTRUCTIONCERT AT ALL THEY ARE A COMPLETE RIP OFF. NO MENTION OF A TWENTY POUND ADMIN FEE WHEN THE BOOKING IS MADE PLUS THE TEST EQUALS FOURTY THREE NINTEY NINE. IF YOU GO ONTO THE CITB WEBSITE YOU GET IT FOR TWENTY ONE NINETY NINE. ITS AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH THIS.
